It's a beautiful hotel right by a little Lake, decorated with style. There are so many wonderful eateries around the hotel and short distance away. We stayed two nights and we will stay there again.

The only negative thing I can say about the hotel was that the grout in the bathroom and the shower needed cleaning. Other than that wonderful clean.

The Kuerig coffee maker was broken. Very disappointed. Reported to front desk

The bed was a bit soft for me.

The stay at this property was wonderful. The hotel receptionist Olivia went above and beyond during our visit. She made sure we were well accommodate for our late night adventure around the fire pit.

Microwaves are needed in the rooms, and the breakfast was not really all that tasty.

very attractive surroundings with a small retail street set-up. walkable to Starbucks and some restaurants. room had mostly hard surface flooring which is important because the hotel is pet friendly. loved the lack of bedspreads and substitution of duvets. large, comfortable bathroom but I would prefer toiletry dispensers in the shower rather than the two inadequate soap dishes. small fridge and keurig great addition. housekeeping was extremely friendly and helpful.

I would like it if the windows could open for fresh air. the breakfast system was opaque. we did not receive coupons initially and had to ask a few questions to figure out the process. service was kind of grudgingly provided but the food and coffee were quite good.

The room was nice and clean. The guy at check out was nice.

The television wasn’t a smart TV so I could not watch a sporting event. The lady a check-in wasn’t very pleasant. She never smiled!

They need to upgrade their TV'S to smart tvs. We as guest are spending alot of money for out of date tvs.
