Fabulous service and the best breakfast !!
Room was very spacious and clean.
I am not a shopping person however you have to check out Siam Paragon which is a 3 minute walk away (or you can get the free shuttle) The supermarket is next level !! The location is perfect with markets and restaurants in easy walking distance.
The tours on offer from the hotel concierge were really good !

The 3 bedroom suite is amazing, thou is a bit pricey but worth to experience.
Has a golf car shuttle to Siam Paragon which is very convenient after shopping.

Very helpful and friendly staff, prompt checkin and checkout. We were offered an upgrade (payable) and took it: it was excellent. We had access to the Club Lounge at Lvl 32 = excellent food and beverages.

The only thing I complain is the very late getting the room in the afternoon. We waited for 30 mins and get the room, but staff in a rush and didnt mentioend anything about my Gold member status can get meal discounts and even didnt mention anything about the locations of restaurants and pool. I have to ask and front desk then told me. This is really wierd for a five star up scale hotel.... i am using more than 25 hotels in a year and never encounter such thing.

Nice facility and convenient to the malls. Staffs at the front desk need a little bit more of training, because when we had checking in it was a mess and the room was not ready. As a VIP Club they send us to lounge waiting for our room to be ready. So we have waited for hour and a half for our room and yet still not done after hours! 😠So we went down to the lobby and asked about our room . I was mad when they still don’t have my room ready, than even worse that they give my room to someone else and give me another room instead. I suppose to have a garden view then I ended up with the view of building 2 of the same hotel!. It was really disappointing 😔

This is a fabulous hotel. The property is beautiful, you feel secluded in the midst of Bangkok and they have amazingly comfortable beds. The staff is great and very friendly.

7-11 is only a 5 minute walk. Pool was amazing with views. Definitely will book again.

The hotel is nice, cleaned, and safe, staffs were nice and helpful. Ran out of body wash soap one day, may be they forgot to fill up. One of the ladies at the noodle soup bar during breakfast was crankied and refused customer requested, but others were nice and polited. Walking distance to many street food vendors and safe. Overall it was a nice stay for 4 night.

The location is great next to shopping malls and the sky train. The hotel is very well maintained and the bed is probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in a hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and they also fill your free minibar every day. A great place to stay in Bangkok

A perfectly situated hotel in Bangkok. Calm and relaxing, next to the busy Siam shopping center with busses, trains and even boats for transport around central Bangkok.
Adding a club membership to your stay here is a must. Club lounge is excellent, for breakfast, afternoon tea or evening cocktails. Great views and great staff.
Pool area is excellent and so is the gym.
