Die Lage und die Aussicht aufs Meer waren sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war gut. Das Haus ist schön im Design und gut ausgestattet.

Die Zimmer sind im Sommer (wir waren im südafrik. Winter dort) sicher super gebucht, aber haben wohl unter der hohen Auslastung im Punkt Abnutzung/Sauberkeit auch gelitten. Sanierungbedarf (Dusche, etc.). Wir hatten ein ca. 150cm breites Bett - zu zweit geht das nicht. Das Zimmer hätte grundsätzlich mehr Pflege verdient.

Nice Location

Spacious well-equipped rooms with sea view and view of the sunrise, perfect host, nice swimming-pool, great breakfast also with sea view. Only a few minutes to the next supermarket and about 10-minutes drive to the centre of Mossel Bay. We could have stayed for a couple of days, it's so relaxing.

Rooms recently refurbished and large lounge area. Lovely view with direct access to the beach

The bed was only a double not a king size bed and rooms were tight for space. The bath products were basic and the body lotion bottle was ungenerously down to the last centimetre. The so called bar was poorly stocked and despite going through some dreadful cupboards, we failed to find the bottle opener. The breakfast made me feel that the guests simply weren’t worth it. The food comprised the cheapest products available which I personally wouldn’t touch, let alone eat, back at home.

The pool was green with algae, and had accumulated dirt at the bottom of it. We appreciate they were only just going into the summer season, but the pool was basically unusable, unless you fancied catching something unpleasant. The owners have a dog, which had its own fenced off part of the garden, but it appeared to have been many days since they had cleaned up after it, as that area of the garden was littered with dog poo.

Location, a step from a beautiful beach

It's a backpackers experience in a nice lodge price. Everything needs a lift up. The rooms, the breakfast, the stage of the pool and deck.
