Hotel is very run down

Was very nice and well kept up.

It was a little bit noisy from traffic on the north building. Excellent staff, very friendly.

The room given to us was in no condition ready as we entered. We reported it and the staff was embarrassed that it was in such condition. She gave us a room as fast as she can and it was a bigger room. It turned from bad to excellent and I commend her to get us a room quickly

Everything was here, a refrigerator, microwave, swimming pool and breakfast was provided.We were in room 108 and close to the pool side and breakfast room. We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights, thank you again for everything.😊

The room is super clean . The breakfast was good and the lady there (Shaktu) is very nice and helpful.

I checked in on June 28, 2024. It was an easy process! The front desk was very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and quiet! The breakfast was excellent! The lady that worked in the breakfast room kept everything going!!!I would love to return. The name fits!!! Best Western Inn Plus!!!!!❤️

It was quiet and our room was clean. The breakfast was delicious ladies in the dining hall were very pleasant and helpful. The manager was very helpful and professional when I added an extra day . I would definitely stay here again.

Liked it but rowdy people at 2-4am didn’t help. Somebody must of complained because they left or staff did something about it .

The stay was for 1 night and it was nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The check-in was quick and easy. The breakfast was warm and tasty. The room was kind of loud being near the freeway. The pillows could have larger and more comfortable.

Bonnie is amazing. There was a issue with the door but once notified she placed me in a new room immediately and notified maintenace. The property itself is extremely well maintained.

Super upset I got in a car accident couldn’t make it to the hotel they wasn’t even willing to compensate me for nothing waisted my money when I’m a loyal customer with them

The property was hazardous and dangerous. The elevator was out of order with no sign on it. One guest got stuck in it for over 15 minutes. The stair railing on the walls was loose. The hot tub was dirty. The water was warm and the Jets were out of order. The pool was ice cold. The pillows in the room were half the size of a twin pillow. One of the drawers in the room kept opening, automatically creating a tripping and injury hazard. The ramp from the parking lot to the stairs had a crack and large bump in it, painted the same dark gray as the ramp, creating another tripping hazard. The frame under the bed stuck out far enough to bruise my shin. The young girl at the front desk was cussing a blue streak. The place is a very sketchy dive hotel. I do not recommend.

Not much clean ,I was itching whole night ,bug bite ,extra charge I use my discount 88$,they charge me 120.00$

The morning shift was absolutely terrible.. Particularly the cleaning staff making absurd demands such as forcing their way into my room claiming that its California law for them to do So and that I had to leave the room that IM PAYING FOR while they need to privately clean my room!! Gee..I only had valuables in there such as a laptop, wallet and other personal items .. I could not believe the power, ego trip these mentally insane people were on!! There was one exception there at the hotel (A friendly Asian lady who worked at the counter) If you don't want to ruin your trip,..go down the street to look for a hotel as there are many other good hotel choices!

It’s a little outdated and not the cleanest place but I just went to sleep that’s it.
