Everything was good except the desk chair. It was horrible. It leans all the way to the back.

It was a quick over night trip and the room was just right.

Terrible we didn’t stay because they stated system was down and couldn’t validate our reservation and we were told to contact hotel.com and when we call the did a great job offering solutions but was told no managers on site so they wouldn’t gelp

The location was great. The check-in wasslow due to computer problems but the staff was nice and helpful. The floors in the room were filthy. The coffee table was sticky. The sheets and towels looked and smelled clean, which was good. Wouldn't recommend motel to anyone.

Came in from riding my Harley in 102 degrees heat. Only thing I expected was an working ice machine. They had one and it did not work. Had to go to a restaurant to get a couple of large cups of ice for drinks that night.

Absolutely disgusting. That room looked like it hasnt been cleaned in MONTHS. It's bad when the previous guests reciept was still sitting on the table in the room.

Property has been poorly kept. My room 111 bathroom smelled of straight urine floor was nasty never been swept or mopped. Refrigerator did not get cold and incredibly nasty on the outside of it. Did not want to touch the ice bucket because it looked as though it was taken from the garage.

Wet spots on floor when we arrived, stains on the sheets, the ceiling was nasty and looked like it was going to fall in on us, the remote didn't have a guide button, so you have to scroll through all channels to find what you want, the bottom of the shower was unstable and it felt like I was going to fall through, the coffee the next morning was cold and tasted like it was old, and there were unpleasant smells in the lobby when I arrived as well as in the room itself.

I did not even STAY there.. I was NOT TOLD that it had OUTDOOR ENTRANCES… the door lock was completely UNSAFE.. I left immediately to stay at the near by Hampton Inn… I lost $89 … but consider my SAFETY to be worth that! Sorry!!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The website pictures are not representative of what the property actually looks like. This is a much older hotel. The interior, in my room, was not clean. The walls were "puttied" from apparent years of abuse. The check in & check out ladies were very nice. They are the only reasons I didn't review as terrible all the way through.

Nice stay but the towels had 3-4 different types of hair in them and the shower curtain was molded.

New decorations were nice. First room given was smelly, smoke detector was broken, freezer in ice box iced, one of the lights did not work next to bed. Staff supervisor very friendly in changing our room.
Second room given did not smell, was also nicely decorated, but there was no cover plate over one of the plug areas next to nightstand, the painting done around the toilet paper holder was sloppy, the bathroom seat was very noticeably old, the switches and switch plates were also noticeably old.
Good attempt in upgrading, just need to have a quality compliance check list to ensure rooms meet the high quality in all areas you and the customer want and expect.

I requested to change from my first room, because the white bedspread looked like children with muddy feet had jumped up on it. My second room, the bedspread was also dirty. It look like they had installed some new electrical covers, and there was like sandpaper dust all over the top of the outlet plus the floor, there was scum in the bathtub. There was the same dead roach in the same corner for the four nights that I was there. The sheets were never changed during the entire time I was there, nor was the floor clean. I wore shoes the entire time I was there. I am not a high maintenance person, but this was truly unacceptable. I have pictures if you want to follow up with me.

Location was great, hotel was really quiet and nice, lots of eating places in the vicinity.

Most accommodating staff allowed us to check in two hours early. Gave us a non smoking room on ground floor. Eco friendly floors rather than disguising carpet. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

The room was long over due for renovation. Smelled like those cakes of toilet disinfectant that you attached to the rim. Water never really got hot in shower. Parking lot needed brighter lighting.

Terrible, horrible room, dirty, unclean, smelly sheets and pillow, mattress cover under fitted sheet was bumpy, bumpy, could not smooth out the fitted sheet. The toilet seat was discolored, yellowish. The front desk girl who came to the room said, it is a normal wear and tear, and it is clean. Though I sprayed with Lysol, I will not sit on it. Tub had hairs and dirty marks, shower head was broken. I saw a small cockroach in shower room. The sofa was dirty. I sprayed entire room w/Lysol I bought near by Dollar store. I stayed in the room, because it was only one handicapped room, and I did not move to another room. I have pics of room. I will NEVER recommend this place.

My husband and I celebrated our 18th anniversary at this charming cottage. It was absolutely perfect! We’ve passed on this special place to all our friends and family. I would highly recommend staying in this enchanted little cottage!

I reserved two rooms and they only had one so I had to go to another hotel, but they charged me anyway. There is also no breakfast despite the claim on the website.

The hotel address is WRONG on expedia specifically the Zip Code. The address on Expedia takes you to a completely different place (no-man's land). PLEASE FIX THE ADDRESS ON EXPEDIA. Hopefully, someone else does not go throughthis pain especially when you are tired after driving for several hours. Thank you!

Very comfortable bed. Clean, staff was friendly. Wish the pool wasn't closed, after a very hot day sightseeing we were looking forward to that. Took a quick drive into tiny Dublin. I had lived here as a child 55 years ago. Gosh, it melted my heart.

Great overnight stay! Room was clean. Beds were good and we requested a smoking room and it it clean and comfortable. Finally, smokers are not treated as second class citizens. April at yhe desk was GREAT! Thank you for a good stay and sending my DL. Barbara Goodwin.

Close to the recreation park and thats it

This a very basic motel. It’s advertised as a hotel, but all rooms open to the outside. The room itself was rundown. The linens did not look very clean, several old stains on the blankets. We only stayed one night due to a family event. There was no breakfast offered the next morning. Will not stay here again.
