Room was spacious. It suits our needs with adequate plug ins for phones, tablets, breathing machines. Good shower pressure. Ac worked really well as temperatures was in the high 90's. Bed is nice, a little low but we do get an accessible room. Good lighting. Staff is the best! We stay here often. we don't get up to eat breakfast, but the lobby area and breakfast area has been updated and is really nice looking.

Hotel could use a little cosmetic updates, but nothing terrible, Little things like paint chipping on some of the columns, chairs were a little outdated looking. We will stay here again because of the excellent staff

I can't think of anything I liked about this place.

Unclean, nothing worked in the room. Ac was terrible, room smelled like stale cigarettes, breakfast was nothing more than coffee. No milk, no fruit, no waffles, no cereal...nothing! Trash was overflowing.

Disgusting. Dirty. Noisy guests. Beds hard as rocks.. concrete would have been more comfortable. Water leaking from toilet at the floor. Shower curtain was pink/Coral color from being dirty. Shower matt (usually WHITE) looked like someone else stepped all over it with dirty shoes or feet but was supposedly clean. Literally the nastiest place I've ever stayed in. I wish I could have gotten a FULL REFUND!

The room smell like smoke even though i asked for a non smoking room. The sheets weren't clean. Over all the room wasn't clean. I was veery disgusted and I am not hard to please.

The location was great and near restaurants and stores

The room was not cleaned properly such as the curtains were dusty looking and didn’t close properly. The bed cover on the bottoms were raggedy. The toilet was not sturdy at all and my Mom was handicapped and therefore made is dangerous. The toilet seat was very worn. The air conditioner couldn’t be left on due to it making an irritating noise. Therefore, we were hot and miserable all night. Unfortunately, this application won’t allow me to attach the photos but, I will in the very near future.

Door latch was broken. Looked like someone had punched a hole in the bathroom door. Reeked of cigarette smoke.

I liked everything's ng but the price change every night .

The fact that I had to get online and try to get the room at a discount so I didn't have to pay the 77+ one night or 82 the verry next night .
