We had a great time and all employees were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful pool with a swim up bar and great music. Even had a DJ spinning records

The room was good, the bathroom was moldy, the one lady at the receptionist desk was rude, and it never said anything about a $50.00 a day deposit. The hotel is big, but boring. The pool was nice.

Guest in next room we scream and fight for hours and 3 am screams from room next door

Incredible staff and best swimming pool in all of Clearlake area

The staff was amazing and attentive and the swimming pool and location was the best in Clear Lake, Houston área. Very safe, quiet, and close to everything

When arriving at the hotel, the receptionist was rude and asked for my name from several feet away. I proceeded to the desk and stood in-front of the computer to complete my check-in. Then he moved to another computer and asked for my signature at that computer. The receptionist was unprofessional, he did not even hand the rooms keys to me and I almost had to reach over the desk and grab them. I knew he had completed the check-in because he directed me to the elevators and then left to "assist" another guest. I was astonished with the level of service provided. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Good if you’re self sufficient and are okay with slow internet. The beautiful view was the best part. The internet was ridiculously slow and although the option to upgrade my WiFi for an extra $100 for my stay was available I thought that was a ridiculous extra expense to given that in most hotels and places this is an included service. I also reached out to see about hosting an event at the hotel 2x, left a voicemail and sent an email and it’s two weeks out and haven’t heard anything.

My family and I loved our stay the kids didn’t want to leave what a beautiful pool easy free parking and dinning the balcony view was breathtaking I would love to do a couple retreat there also I saw they have the party boats and you can book at the hotel this is a must if God allow I am coming back not to mention the staff was wonderful and very personal

Staff is friendly, pool is nice. Housekeeping never came so we had to go downstairs to get clean towels but it wasn’t a big deal.

Super loud AC, very high pitched noice coming from elevators and it went on the entire visit, found a cockroach, restaurant and bar had extremely limited hours and options, hotel room keys had to be reprogrammed pretty much every time they were used, shared pool with the marina so people coming and going all the time. I asked the guys at the front desk about nasa and the pier and they both acted like it was the first they had ever heard of it lol .Honestly, the entire experience was super strange.

The pool was great. Access to the local health club was great. The room was nice. The bathroom was small and outdated. The desk staff that checked me in did not seem to want to be there. She did not explain things. There were signs everywhere regarding pool access and external containers at the pool. But, these were apparently only weekend requirements (not explained). Someone let in people to the pool that were not guests that proceeded to set up their own party and music one evening. No one enforced this. A nice quiet evening by the pool ended up being a loud rap music party.

It was okay. The gym is very far away… no coffee service and the whole coffee creamer packet game seems a little it like a motel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, room not ready before 3 PM so be prepared to wait. Clean and well maintained, loud AC bit functional and keep the room cold. Pool area could be better maintained

When you book a “resort”, one expects a bit more. Here are some items that fell short of my expectations: 1) A/C ran non-stop and was very loud, yet the temperature never fell below 75°F. 2) No room service available. 3) Fridge in room inoperable. 4) Ice machine on my floor inoperable. 5) No microwave in room. 6) Leaking bathtub faucet. 7) Although there was a coffee machine in the room, it wasn’t in the listing. A small omission but one you’d think would be corrected by now. None of these were a huge deal to us, and to be fair, we never asked for a room change, but it’s likely that our room was fairly representative of the rooms there. On the bright side, we did enjoy the view of the lake and marina from the small balcony. For the money, I can’t recommend this hotel.

Nice place. Beware though, the walls are paper thin. Heard the couple next door “wrestling” and the tv through the wall most of the night.

Excellent stay. Our room had a balcony with a view of the harbor. The pool was amazing. We enjoyed the pool bar with lots of fun drink options. Definitely a do over!

This hotel was pricey for having uncomfortable beds, dirty carpet and a dirty pool. Staff is very nice and friendly though.

We were only there for one day/night but we spent the day by the pool. It was clean, quiet and such a nice place. We will be back.

Elevators were small, slow, and smelly! Room was not well cleaned as we found hair in the sheets.

The walls/ doors for adjoining rooms are so thin, you will know what time your neighbors get up and what they are watching on TV and everything they have to say in a normal or louder conversation.

We opted to stay at this property for its pool amenities and the Opus restaurant. The pool was over max capacity during our entire stay. There wasn't a single place to sit or lay in the sun, couldn't reach the swim up bar for any drinks, side of pool lined with people as well. We were unaware that you're sharing your hotel amenities with the marina slip rental people.
