Very comfortable bed and friendly staff

The staff was so friendly and the cleaning stuff did a great job! The only thing that could be improved so much is the condition of the building. It is run down, the carpets need to be changed out, and everything just needs updated. The drain in our shower was not draining properly so you soak your feet while showering. Again housekeeping did a GREAT job cleaning especially with what they were working with for the conditions of the building. It was a nice stay but just needs a major face life!

Very old and outdated. Dirty. Would never go back. Would never recommend. Was very disappointed.

Room was very clean and front desk clerk was very helpful, but the staff smoking right outside the front door and full ashtray right beside the door was pretty smelly. Also the toilet was strangely very very low.

The only thing i liked was the easy to get to. The bathroom was dirty.

The staff was friendly and tentative. They allowed us to check-in a little early as the housekeeping staff just finished cleaning the room. The continental breakfast was good and always restocked. It was a great location and super close to everything that we were wanting to do on our weekend getaway.

Room was clean. Did have a slight unpleasant odor to me but I brought in a spray air freshener to assist. That was the only thing that was not on point.

All was great. Breakfast could have better but satisfactory.

Bed okay and pillows, shower good, ice machine working good. Not much breakfast. Coffee empty and I had to wake up the front desk girl to make more. She was dressed in a worn Pabst blue ribbon sweatshirt, baseball hat on backwards and sock feet. But she wasn't unfriendly....

Nice looking rooms, but had a smell of cat urine.

Shortly after getting to our room, we noticed it smelt like someone had been smoking prior to our arrival. Over all the room didnt seem be cleaned from the previous occupants. Window had no real locking mechanism. There was just a metal flange with a wing nut to be tightened to the window frame to possibly stop someone from entering through the window. There was an unknown brown stain on the bathroom door, and what was reallly nasty is we found a used feminine product in our trash can, with a red stain, presumably from the feminine product on the outside. We brought this to the attention of one of the woman at the front desk. We surly thought theyed offer us a fresh trash can, and a refund! What we got was a new trash liner, and the woman that assisted us tried to in a very rudimentary, non sanitary way lightly cleaned the stain from the trash can.

When we walked in the room it smelled musty and the carpet was damp. The TV was unplugged…when I went to plug it in behind the dresser there was trash including a (fortunately unused) condom. I have stayed here in the past and it’s definitely went downhill. If it wasn’t for the friendly and helpful staff this would be one star. I’ll definitely pay extra to stay elsewhere next time I’m in town.

This was a quick half way stop on a 12 hr drive home so it served its purpose, we literally just slept there. The room was okay, bigger than some I've stayed in, but it felt damp (needed a dehumidifier) and the bathroom was dirty.

I love staying here!! The staff is always wonderful, the price is reasonable and it is very easy to book.

Mold on ceiling in bathroom. Several people just hanging out at front entrance giving an unfavorable first appearance.

Filthy dirty, black mold on the wall above the shower, hair on the bath sink, the commode lid was peeling. The rug felt dingy under our feet, several stains. We had already prepaid and wouldnt have been able to get a refund, plus rest of town was sold out that was of any cleaner quality, so we were stuck, bought Lysol wipes and spray and did the best we could. Thank God it was for only one night. To top it off, we went to put our drinks in the fridge (our room ws a king suite too so shouldve been nicer also) there were 3 takeout boxes in there still full of STINKY food!!!! I threw them away in the trash at the bottom of the stairwell. We will NOT be back.

I love staying here. Ive come in June for the last six years. The staff is wonderful and accommodating.

I reviewed this location be utilizing the array of 'select how many stars' questions and, where appropriate, by selecting additional bits of information to share. The fact that I had nothing additional to share in this block should not cause me to be 'rejected' and digitally harassed multiple times until I completed this block. I assume that it will now be rejected and certainly not posted....a shame, since the remainder of my review was complimentary to the facility and staff.

Very bad experience, TV did not work, bad smell in the room

Smelled like cigarette smoke the minute you walked into the building. We had to buy spray, open the windows and bought scented candles. BAD..VERY BAD! A hole in the wall. The grounds are not kept up.

The hotel is very run down. Carpet was damp and stained and bathroom tiles felt greasy. Bathtub was peeling. Garbage at back entrance. The only good thing about this hotel was the front receptionist Nicky. She was awesome and clearly overworked.

There was a storm and lost power. They still gave us some of the fruit cups and yogurt. Camped out until power returned. Not their fault, but they made it as pleasant as possible! Good job!

I expected more from a Wyndham hotel chain. The room was disgusting from the chair I wouldn't sit in to the dirty carpet. There were to many stains and dirt spots to count. I swear I felt bugs on me while I was just sitting on the bed. the front staff lady was nice, but the hotel is a dump. I won't be back!

Clean, comfortable room. Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff!

Stay was ok. Not pricey. The beds were small and the pillows were hard. We liked the bathroom. The employees were friendly and efficient.
