Wveryrhing was just wonderful. Hot tub welcoming . Just wish we could have used th RV pad for the boat.

Nice house

It worked well for my Family Vacation

I could write a book about our experience with this host and the property but I will try and keep it short. My wife was starting labor with our 4th child, we were looking for somewhere to hang with the kids while she was in delivery at a small birthing center. I had trouble understanding the booking and Debbie was more than accommodating. After learning that the day we needed it wasn’t going to work for her property she then tried finding us a place to stay over a busy Memorial Day. We didn’t have any luck and decided to stay in a hotel the first night but then arrived at her property the next morning. The house was cute, comfortable and very clean. It was everything we’d hoped it would be. The biggest compliment I can give though is her hospitality and communication. She was more than willing to work with us through any complications that we ran into with our scheduling, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Our family will be staying at this property again whenever we are in the area and need a friendly host with a great house!

As a fellow Vrbo owner, this place is perfect. Everything you need! + clean and quiet. Really enjoyed our stay. Checkin could’ve have been easier. Walk down the street to the head of the best trail in Sioux Falls Will definitely be back !

This is a great house and the owner is very responsive and considerate. I stayed with my two teen daughters and we all give it two thumbs up!

We arrived late evening. The property was easy to find and is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Only about 10-15 minutes from the airport. Would stay here again.

We stopped by for 1 night on our way through on a long road trip. It was a very cozy, warm, inviting and spacious place to land for a bit while we rested. It’s central to shopping and restaurants, and it was nice to be able to do laundry. The couches were cozy, and the fenced in backyard and deck with cozy chairs was really nice.

This may be a duplicate of a prior review we left. The description of this property was very accurate. Very clean, neat home with all the accessories you need for a stay. It was nice to stay in a home where family could visit.

Perfect spot to rest on our way home from a long road trip. House was so cute! Wonderfully decorated, well-stocked with all the comforts of home and just all around welcoming. Our family of 5 enjoyed the opportunity to all have a space to recharge before hitting the road again. This house is a must if you’re in the Sioux Falls area.

The house was easy to find. Clean with comfortable beds. The reason we may not rent again is there is no local television and you have to pay to watch every episode of any show.
