I found the hotel to be adequate, but unfortunately lacking in several areas. My room did not have a proper closet to hang up clothing. While the room size was good, and the AC worked great, the bathroom and shower was wholly inadequate. Hot water wasn’t working adequately. Restaurant food was ok, but not great and I found a bit overpriced. What I have found to be most upsetting though is that I was promised a refund within ten days when I had to check out early, and here I am 30 days later still waiting for my refund. I find this completely unacceptable from an establishment such as this and truly unprofessional. When I call to inquire about my refund, I simply get the same answer — that it will be issued in 7 to 10 days. Only to call back in 10 days to be told it will be issued in 7 to 10 days. Difficult to recommend this hotel unfortunately.

King size bed was promised but bed size is too small and also not comfortable at all.

The property has the breakfast and dinner options. The food is very tasty. The staff go above and beyond for their guests. The rooms are well maintained, air-conditioned and comfortable.

This property is as good as European hotels and in some aspects exceeds them. The staff go above and beyond for guests, nothing is too much trouble. Morning breakfast is excellent and evening dinner is fantastic.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bloom Boutique Bandra. It sounded / looked small online, but to know there are 54 rooms, a functioning restaurant, and a banquet hall came as quite a surprise. We were glad to be able to book one of the 6 suites, and it was quite an experience. Everything from the service staff, reception area, room cleanliness, food at the restaurant and overall ambience was top notch. Highly recommended for anybody looking for a 'good hotel' in the vicinity of Bandra in Mumbai. Recommend you to check prices on their own site, and a few other travel sites, since we found better prices at some places over others. Look forward to hopefully visiting again in the future. Hotel stay was really comfortable. Exceptional hotel staff, who were all really helpful and did everything they could to help. This included the front lobby security. Room was great and bed was super comfortable. Cleaned every day to a good standard. I would stay again. Convenient location in Mumbai.

Great Overall Experience

Super safe for travellers especially if you aren’t from india. They have security at the front 24/7 and gates locked at night. It’s the perfect location from all the hot spots in Bandra. Only downside is there is no gym and the rooms aren’t renovated. All staff members are amazing.

Great facility, rooms were clean. The staff was supportive, and special thanks to Balaji Murugan and Priya Jha. It was easy to communicate with them. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Bloom Boutique is centrally located in the area of Bandra west, about 20 minute taxi from the airport. Its on a main road with gated security 24/7, making it a safe place to stay (as I was a female travelling alone). Totally walkable to the trendy areas of Bandra West & Pali Hills with plenty of shopping, dining, massage, parks & bar options. The hotel is overall clean and decorated well. Staff is friendly. The rooms are not as nice as photos listed online, Id give it a 2.5/5 condition, but its spacious, clean enough and has what you need. Restaurant on the rooftop and downstairs are beautiful, large delicious spread of breakfast options. At night, it can be loud with music & traffic. I would recommend this stay for a mid-range, safe hotel.

The place was clean and the breakfast was fantastic but the internet didn't work for the two days we were there. People kept coming to the room to fix it but it still never seemed to get fixed. The staff was nice but we needed internet
