This was a great place for our family to stay for a few days! Has all your household items needed to spend just 1 night or 2 weeks or more! We loved to be able to watch the kids play in the patio from the living area and also being able to see them from the kitchen! Overall, our stay was lovely and would definitely come back for another peaceful stay! Neighborhood was perfect!

We had some special requests and the host was very accommodating! The place was exactly how it looks online. It was very clean! Easy to find, and close enough to highways to make it easy to get around the area. Super easy process! I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area! Highly recommend.

A perfect home for us for a week. We brought our furry kids with us and they enjoyed walks down the hill to the local park. Lots of fun things to sniff and explore. The house itself is very comfortable. Host extremely responsible. Hit recommended.

The home is extremely well maintained, spotless & well stocked! Appliances were high end. Owner was very easy to contact. Our family was very comfortable staying here. Both bedrooms are downstairs so this home is perfect for anyone unless you have you have difficulty with stairs. I would stay again in any property owned by Tatiana.

My wife and I chose this property for a short vacation. It's very clean and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Pros: Very clean and modern. Extra bedding and comfy bed. It has a garage which was great - Easy walk-in every time we got back from a day out - No dealing with parking lot issues, and no parking fees (like many resorts). Cons: There aren't any end tables by the couch - difficult to relax with no place for a drink. Hard bed pillows. Magnetic shower head falls off when adjusted. Not the right device for a small tub area. The unit is on two levels with the bedrooms on the lower level. Not a big deal, but got tiresome. Unit isn't near either of the pools and. We drove and there is plenty of parking near them. The manual for the unit didn't contain maps showing how to get to the pools, which are in different locations. We had to call the owner to get there. The TV is set up for Rocu and there aren't any instructions in the unit. I just wanted to turn on the TV and watch but spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to use it (study up on Rocu if you come here). There's a baby crib in the master bedroom. So much for romance. It's apparent that the owner takes good care of the unit and cares a lot about keeping it up. We expected a romantic getaway, but the unit tries to be both romantic and daycare-ish at the same time. Recommend putting away the kid stuff when a couple is coming to stay.

This is a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable beds, nice neighborhood, good kitchen area with everything we needed. And the host was exceptionally good to communicate with. The only negative comment is that there is a step off the entryway that we tripped on and fell from once. I believe the host is going to remedy that.

We came to Laguna Hills for a wedding and found this property due it's appeal in design and proximity to the venue. Tatiana was easy to work with in preparation for our stay. From booking till checkout, she was easily accessible to communicate with! The property was clean, had detailed instructions, and had plenty of amenities! If you are a small group or family, I'd definitely recommend staying here!

My family was traveling to the area for a swim-meet-slash-vacation, and this place was exactly what we needed. The right amount of space for us to spread out, and convenient to so much to see and do. Tatiana was very proactive and great about communicating before and during our stay. The place was meticulously clean and had plenty of amenities ready for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

I cannot say enough about the hospitality we experienced from even before we checked in- Tatiana doesn’t leave a thing out as far as needs. She has thought about everything! Pretty much able to just unpack a suitcase and enjoy! Beautiful home, well laid out- if we’re ever in the neighborhood again we will most definitely seek this home out! Thank you, thank you!!

Tatiana is the best host I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was attentive, patient, and incredibly accommodating. She sent out messages about the property, responded to texts right away, and even went out of her way to stop by the place so that I could have access to extra pillow cases. The home is spotless. When I say it's clean, I mean it's clean. Sometimes you notice dust or the floor has debris on it when you walk barefoot. Not here. And it's decorated beautifully. It honestly feels like you are staying in an adorable boutique hotel. She put thought into everything and the home has been upgraded. She even has toiletry basics in the home, and my favorite coffee K-cups - Lavazzo. It was a stress free check-in and check-out process. We loved our stay and would definitely book with Tatiana again!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The owner was amazing and very responsive to my questions and accommodating to our special requests. The house was VERY clean! The facilities are also nice with a great deep pool 9 feet.

The home is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and well equipped. The location was about 20 minutes away from Disney via car. The host communicated quickly with us throughout when we had questions and the checkin process was seamless. We enjoyed our time there and would elect to stay there again when back in the area.
