Very comfortable and clean home and great communication with owners. Very peaceful and private yard. Loved all the fruit trees!

Family met at this location to celebrate two birthdays. Everything was as disclosed. The location is great with views of the distant hills and close proximity to great food. Owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall great trip and would stay there again in the future when traveling to that area.

I didn't realize we were staying at someone's home. I thought it was a vacation rental. It felt as if my uncle went on vacation and he let me use his house. The garage, cabinet, and a room was locked. Presumably to store the resident's personal belongings. A car and travel trailer were left in the driveway. There was food left in the freezer that said, "do not eat." Too bad the wood-burning stove didn't work. It was something that drew us in. Don't be early! We showed up 10 minutes early and our code didn't work, leaving me in the rain until Norm opened the door. The main bedroom floor was very sticky and its shower had more hair on the walls than I have on my head. I didn't think the security cameras would bother me, but they did. Knowing that my use of the yard could be monitored, kept me and my family inside, even if the cameras were not pointed directly at the hot tub. It didn't feel private. A walk around the neighborhood was a little concerning. There were more broken-down cars than I could count. Yards were unkept with debris and car parts strewn everywhere. Luckily, we were at the end of a long driveway and up against a main road. Overall, the stay was not bad. Thanks uncle, but next time we will find another place. Please delete any video/audio recordings you have of us.

The main purpose for our trip to Irvine was for a waterpolo tournament. The home in Laguna Hills is situated nearby the various pools for tournaments. And best of all, it's situated between the Irvine Spectrum and nearby beaches. If you wanted to go to Disney, that's only a few minutes away. Norm was very accommodating when we were having schedule changes in our games and let us extend the checkout time! Also, the the house was immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed for our on the go mornings. The hot tub is there foe a relaxing evening. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the hot tub in the relaxing and serene backyard full of citrus trees. I would definitely use this home again whether it's for games, vacation or work. Thanks again Norm for welcoming us!

My family of 4 stayed here during the NYE weekend while visiting family and were very pleased with the house, its many features (jacuzzi, big screen TV, full kitchen) and overall cleanliness. Norm, the house contact, was very responsive and thorough in his communications. We loved the charm of the house and had everything we needed to have a great family getaway. Will definitely stay here again :-)
