The hotel is worn down with stains on the carpets. Room was not thoroughly clean

I was seriously impressed with this hotel. The rooms were light, modern and clean and included a small balcony. The room included a fridge and kettle and the bathroom was very spacious. I liked that there was a supermarket located within the hotel too. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and the helpful staff.

the breakfast buffet is really good and I enjoyed that the hotel was so close to the beach and there were many restaurants and small shops as well as café close by. There is also a bus stop, where the bus to the airport stops!

I loved how close it was to the beach. Super great to just be able to watch the ocean at all times of the day. I also liked how close it was to the boardwalk. There was a lot of stuff to do!

Some of the doors in the kitchen area were broken.

I just love the breakfast options.

I wish they could work on cleanliness.

*In the first room the doorhandle for the bathroom was broken - we gotva new room immediately *Staff is friendly *Bathtub is big *Towels got changed after one night *Parking is free *Balcony

* Both rooms were very very dirty (not even the table was cleaned there was still coffeestains on there, also the cups weren't clean, dust everywhere, slippers were wet, floor was not clean) *Some walls are painted only halfway * Bathtub was clean but showerhead was molded * We fixed the drain in the sink by ourselves * Paid extra for getting an oceanview - but it was only a half view. * Bed was very very uncomfortable - kinda layed out There are two hotels in one building, kinda confusing. It looks like AIMI sold the older half to the Beach stay.
