Don’t like the $100.00 deposit at every hotel. The room and food all good but the deposit really bothers me.

I had a good experience. Loved the location and the generous rooms. Like any other chain hotel the quality of construction is poor and noise insulation is poor. I felt I had the people next and above me in my room.

Great location near highway and byroads to wine country, redwood forests and coastal highway. All the services that you expect from a Hampton plus added bar in evenings for happy hour and board games for families to spend time together.

The general manager, Erik was excellent, very helpful, kind and courteous. The blonde young girl at the desk on Saturday morning was a bit rude and disrespectful when ask a question.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean, new, and Penny was very courteous and greeted us upon our arrival. She also pointed out great places to eat that were nearby

We chose this hotel because of the location close to our family. The room was spacious and very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. A staff member checked in with us to make sure everything was well with the room. The included breakfast buffet had hot and cold items, and I was able to eat there despite being gluten-free. Will definitely be staying here the next time we are in town.

It is a nice hotel property. We didn't like that the only real viewing options for the room TV weren't very many. Netflix was about all if you like movies. No HBO No Showtime.
Also NO MINI BAR.
Beware because the Fitted Sheets they used on the Queen Size Beds were too small to fit properly and create a nice surface to sleep on. Made sleeping fairly uncomfortable.
It turned out to be nice that the hotel isn't actually DOWNTOWN. Being on the edge of downtown saved traffic time during rush hours.

Horrible breakfast with frozen omlets. Clean room and lobby looked updated. Check in was fine..minimal info shared by front desk staff but she was pleasant. Just fine for a 1 night stay.

I had a terrible experience because there was an intense smell of Fabreze in my room, which is a smell I truly despise. I was in a hurry to get to an event so I tried spraying some lavender spray, assuming it would help clear out the smell before I returned. It didn't, and I immediately realized I should have switched rooms. During the night I realized that the Fabreze was used to cover an even more intense smell.of dog urine on the carpet between the windows and the bed. It was 110 degrees so opening the window wasn't an option. I endured and checked out earlier than planned. At checkout the person was on the phone so I just dropped off my key. Very disappointed they chose to rent the room without cleaning the carpet, especially to someone who doesn't even have a pet.

It's an affordable hotel when we travel for work. Breakfast okay. But I love not having to leave and get dress to get breakfast outside the hotel. My go to comfort hotel in Santa Rosa.

The service was terrible, my son had a surgery and they gave me such a hard time about check out. In addition I realized today the room had fleas! W for bit everywhere. I don’t have any pets.

Homewood is perfect for family. The property is clean, spacious, comfortable. It has laundry for client use, pool and gym. Also, the reservation includes breakfast which is great. The hotel is 7-9 minutes away from downtown of Santa Rosa. Hotel is on its own, have to drive around to go to restaurants but fortunately nearby places are 7-10 minutes drive only.

I was informed in the morning when getting coffee that they didn't gettheir shipment of Deaf coffee,.......however when we went to get breakfast they had it?!!! was it really just regular and put in the Decaf dispenser??!!?? and their fruit was very old and had rotted and was mold on it and yes every piece believe it or not!!
