We had a great time at the Mondrian, appreciated the attentive concierge that made many wonderful recommendations and reservations for our group. The neighborhood as nice parks and sidewalk cafes with greenery all around.

The staff is very focused on making sure you have a pleasant stay. The rooms are very nice. The first room I had overlooked a dog park and after I got tired of the barking while trying to work they moved my room with no issues.

The hotel is very beautiful and in a quiet area, near many restaurants but not walkable to tourist attractions. Breakfast is very good but very limited. The room is spacious and all the facilities are just great and the service at the reception is very polite and lovely. The only thing i don't accept is that with 12 degrees celzius outside the heater doesn't exist in this hotel. I woke up to a cold room, got out from a shower to a cold room, and got sick. I complained to the hotel and still wait for a compensation, i expect much more from 5 stars hotel in that price

Stay here!! The hotel and our room was spotless!! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Our room requests were honored and the entire staff works hard to serve its customers. The property is beautiful and the Skybar is awesome. We will return here on our next visit to MXC!!

Fantastic stay. Quick weekend trip was great! The check in process was smooth and the ladies at concierge were very helpful with my Hot Air Ballon process and taxi. The surroundings is safe and definitely clean, I was up at 4 in the morning and there were staff cleaning the front of the hotel!!

We definitely recommend this hotel. We have teenagers. The hotel is supper clean, amazing staff, and supper clean rooms. We used Uber all the time and never walked around the neighborhood, I can’t say it’s safe or not.

Hotel is a nicely located in between 2 walkable and foodie neighborhoods. Although the location is great the bathroom had a weird smell to it, not to mention is an “open bathroom” design.

This place is AMAZING! The building, the decor, the rooms, the service of it’s staff, the location, etc., an amazing option for anyone traveling to Condesa.

We stayed for two nights and loved the area. It is walkable, has many cool dining options, boutique stores and a lovely area to explore. Plus it is convenient to get to other places in the city. Also has a very nice roof bar for an evening drink.

This a great property in a great location. Very clean and modern and exceptional staff. Various cafes, bars, and lounges to pass the time. La Condesa is a great neighborhood with lots of shopping, food, and nightlife. Not as hectic as some other neighborhoods.
This hotel definitely merits its star ratings. Would highly recommended.

Seamless checkin. It was 4 am and the team was super friendly. We travelled with a 3 year old and they were super accommodative with our requests.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mondrian. The staff & concierge were very friendly & helpful.
There were a couple of hiccups, the room cleaning staff left one of our rooms half cleaned one day and the Skylounge breakfast had inadequate buffet and we decided to go to the Andaz for breakfast.

Overall was an excellent stay, with the exception of these two things. The breakfast buffet in Skybar is nothing like other locations, nothing even approaching how good the adjacent hotel, the Andaz, provides. It's not included, an extra $35 or so and not worth it. You can order a la carte, but if you're wanting to eat quickly and go, the buffet doesn't do it for that price. The atmosphere in daylight of the Skybar is severely lacking. Also our room was on the 8th floor, right below the skybar and early EVERY morning could the sound of tables and chairs scraping across the floor while they were preparing for the breakfast woke us up. Loved the room, the terrace and the view, but highly disliked the sounds the bar made above.

I loved the Mondrian, the area was safe and very commercial. The staff were so exceptionally kind and helpful. It was a great experience! The only wrinkle is that I wish they had more diverse options for breakfast.

Very nice Art Deco hotel located in a nice nighborhood ( La Condesa) with good options to relax in the Skybar and La Terraza, nice gym , the staff was very friendly
