The hotel is very beautiful and in a quiet area, near many restaurants but not walkable to tourist attractions. Breakfast is very good but very limited. The room is spacious and all the facilities are just great and the service at the reception is very polite and lovely. The only thing i don't accept is that with 12 degrees celzius outside the heater doesn't exist in this hotel. I woke up to a cold room, got out from a shower to a cold room, and got sick. I complained to the hotel and still wait for a compensation, i expect much more from 5 stars hotel in that price

overall, excellent facility and Staff. Maids are especially attentive. restaurants not being open upon arrival Monday night, left us a few options. Also, the bar area outside left us wet because of the umbrella situation Not shielding us from the rain.

This hotel location is perfect. You can arrive easily from the airport and move with ease from it to other places. The staff is very friendly. The area was quiet even for our room that was close go the street.

Stay here!! The hotel and our room was spotless!! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Our room requests were honored and the entire staff works hard to serve its customers. The property is beautiful and the Skybar is awesome. We will return here on our next visit to MXC!!

Hotel is very nice. Check in was smooth. Got a superior king room on the 5th floor. Very spacious, quiet, beds are very comfortable. Only found the breakfast selection to be limited, but not bad for a quick bite early am before your outing. I would definitively return.

Fantastic stay. Quick weekend trip was great! The check in process was smooth and the ladies at concierge were very helpful with my Hot Air Ballon process and taxi. The surroundings is safe and definitely clean, I was up at 4 in the morning and there were staff cleaning the front of the hotel!!

Overall a very nice hotel in a great location with good rooms. Service, while friendly, had some room for improvement. To note: -We had issues being able to lock our balcony upon check-in that was an overly complicated and time consuming process that in the end only required them giving us a key. -They only gave us 1 complimentary water bottle one day, and it was a process to get the one we were owed in the morning, which they gave us 2, then did not replenish the water at all that day because they said they gave us 2 more already, but we were still owed one and had to argue with them about it. We found this ridiculous and rubbed us the wrong way, especially considering we were in one of their most expensive rooms. Also, when we ran out of tissues, instead of providing another box they just shoved a few new ones into the empty box. They also didn't replenish the disposal coffee cups. -One night we tried for over an hour (maybe two) to get ice, which never came. It was kind of late, just before midnight upon first request, but seriously, how hard is it to furnish your guests a bucket of ice? Other than minor but annoying service issues the stay was very good, and I wouldn't not recommend it, but if we were to come back, we probably would try somewhere different.

We loved this property and neighborhood! Great drinks at the downstairs bar and great Carjillos at the cute coffee shop. The neighborhood was soooo walkable and close to everywhere we wanted to visit. Would stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Mexico City!

Staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment I entered. Greating me by name was a small gesture with huge impact. In a time where airbnb's are becoming as expensive as hotels, I appreciate the impeccable service and warm experience. It made my first time in Mexico City that much more enjoyable. Whenever I return, I know where I'm going to stay.

The property was in excellent condition and we loved our stay. But what was over the top was how amicable everyone you spoke to was . From concierge, to servers, bus boys, even the lady who helped us clean our room went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way possible . We can’t wait to go back !

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff during our stay was friendly and courteous. I emailed them several times prior to my arrival to inquire about dinning and drinks options during our stay as we flew into CDMX to celebrate my husband’s birthday.Never received a response regarding my inquiry but received generic welcome emails. Not once during our stay was my husband acknowledge for his birthday which would have made the experience a little bit more personal. During our first day our room was not clean until 6pm which was very concerning as we were in-out of the room throughout the day which should have given them enough time to do it in the morning. Drinks in the terrace and food in the skybar were delicious. The Flower Shop coffee bar offers good coffee and pastries. Reserving UBER service in advance was very convenient for our early tour’s departure (they pick you up right in front of the hotel). Overall the hotel is in the great neighborhood of Condensa and is nearby everything we wanted to see and will stay there again.

Nice hotel near parks and historical sites. Worth a stay!

Staff was very kind. Rooms very nice and spacious. Only knock off (which was no one’s fault) there was a bad storm during our stay and led to a small leak in our room.

Hotel was very accommodating with accepting an early check-in.

The street was very noisy at night, even at 2:00 am, I can hear people talking, car passing by and horn

The AC was jot working properly and turned put tue filters were dirty, the shower was not properly installed so the water was all over the floor.

The hotel room arrangement is excellent. They understand quality of comfort for their guests. Amenities were excellent.staff friendly and helpful.
