This was the perfect place for our family to stay and also have room for everyone!
Very clean and stocked with anything you need!
The only issue we had was the pool was very hot!

This house and the hosts were excellent. The house was very clean and had just about everything visitors could want. The beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels were super soft, the backyard was spacious for our pups, the neighborhood was quiet and the location was convenient to ACU and other activities. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Every year we participate in the Fathers day regatta at Fort Phantom Hill. All of our grown children come and spend the weekend with their dad! It is a super special time! This house was perfect! There were enough bedrooms for everyone! Plenty of seating too! Everything was clean and comfortable!! We will be renting this place again!! Thank you Mike and Pat!!

My wife and I arranged to stay at this location with my parents and uncle, as I was receiving an award from my alma mater. We were pleasantly surprised by how much room the house had and how comfortable everything was. It was just the perfect place to get together and enjoy each other’s company.

We stayed at this house for a baby shower in Abilene and we got there fairly early and it was an easy check in process and everything was roomy and everything was nice and clean

This rental had all the extras. Well stocked kitchen with nice pots and pans, nice big hotel towels and plenty of them, as well as comfortable beds. The owner was quick with communication. I would highly recommend this place for big families it had lots of bedrooms kids didn't even have to share.

Everything about our 3-day stay at Sweet Eileen was terrific. We were in town visiting ACU since my son committed to playing baseball for the Wildcats next year. The location of this home was perfect. We were close to the school for pre-planned meetings and close to great places to eat at Allen Ridge, for which Mike provided great suggestions. Not having to drive too far was nice after a busy day. Being able to unwind in this comfortable and well-decorated home and congregating in the spacious living room was nice. We will be back when we are in town again!

House is just as pictured & or located in a quiet, older neighborhood. There were 12 of us plus a dog and we fit comfortably. Communication with owners was outstanding!
