We had a great time staying at this lovely condo. The condo was well furnished and very comfortable. We even used the hot tub which was a nice bonus. The location was very close to skiing and conveniently located next to shuttles that could take you to restaurants or shopping.

We always enjoy our staying in this complex. The property owner was great and communicated well with all of the information we needed to easily get in and out of the property. Getting to and from the Deer Valley ski lifts is easy. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

Cannot beat the proximity to ski school! The condo is spacious and clean. Check-in and communication were top notch. It was a great trip!

Awesome week with lots of fresh snow. Have been to Deer Valley many times but Powder Run unit is the closest we’ve stayed to the lifts. Literally a 2 minute walk to Snow Park. Love the free ski valet at Snow Park which makes it even easier.

This is our 4th year at Powder Run. The location is perfect for skiing at Deer Valley. Easy access into Park City, as well. The unit is spacious, well laid out, and offers every amenity. Can’t wait for our fifth year stay!

Unbelievable location at Deer Valley. It is a great set up for 2 couples. Considering doing it again with the kids. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything was top notch

With two young children this property was an ideal location for skiing in deer valley. Literally steps to ski school and a comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. Owners and property manager were very communicative and gave us great tips on the area. When we weren't at Deer Valley or next door enjoying restaurants at the St Regis, we were relaxing at the apartment. We noticed alot of restaurants from Park City didn't doordash or uber eats to this location, but we drove into town to get pickup a handful of times. Only constructive criticism is that no dryer sheets were used when cleaning linens and blankets which made everything have a ton of static! Small inconvenience in the grand scheme of everything.

Few steps from the lifts. Location and the condo were perfect. With no doubt I would go again.

We just ended our week stay at this property and it was great! Apt is very well maintained and has all the essentials. Charles is a great host! Gave us restaurant recommendations and all. He was welcoming and very helpful. Always answered the requests, was always polite and friendly. Really went over and above. Thanks Charles!

Stayed here with the family for a week. The location is perfect for Deer valley you can walk right to the slopes/rentals/ski lessons. The rooms were spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

This property is amazing. Great kitchen and living room with mountain views. Large bedrooms. Loved the private hot tub on the balcony. One star off for the check in process only because door code provided to us did not work. But this was solved immediately with one phone call to the local property manager.

Bruce was a pleasure to deal with. The location was awesome! Love Park city in the summer.

The unit was clean, easy to find, easy to access, and in a great location close to the entrance of the ski resort and very near the ski school. With easy access to the St. Regis hotel and the slopes - we really didnt leave the property except to ski. Thanks for a great experience Bruce and Jenny.

Great apartment in a great location to Deer Valley base. Clean, well equipped, and easy parking

This property has excellent access to Deer Valley’s Snow Park Lodge area. It is very comfortable and cozy. We loved staying there! The only area of opportunity is on updating sheets, comforters and towels. The rest if the ammenities were excellent!

VERY EASY TO ENTERTAIN OUR FRIENDS FOR DINNER. ONE NIGHT IT WAS WARM ENOUGH TO ENJOY THE DECK AND THE NICE DECK FURNITURE. THE FIRE PLACE IS GREAT. ONE GLASS BROKE, AND IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A SMALL VACUM TO PICK UP PIECES AND CRUMBS THAT FALL. EVERY THING ELSE YOU NEED WAS THERE. VERY CLEAN.

Beautiful area. Conveniently located. Owners provided everything you could need for an extended stay. The bus service was prompt and very convenient for visiting the Main Street area without having to pay for parking.

We stayed here over Easter break and had a lovely time. The condo is very nice and clean. Everything was well stocked. Bruce was super easy and prompt to communicate with. Very close to the ski school and lifts. We will absolutely use it again if we return.

Great location and condo . Really is feet from the ski school and lifts. Condo has been updated in the kitchen / living area. Clean and seamless check in and check out. No issues.

This is our third stay in this fabulous condo. We love the location to the mountain and ski school. It's clean and comfortable. The hot tub is perfect and our little kids love the bunk beds. Thanks again for a fabulous stay!
