The property was really great about reaching out and giving instructions on how to access the loft.

The first day the elevator malfunctioned, it was fixed the next day but having to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs was inconvenient. But I would still say they got it fixed ASAP.

Very spacious and cozy. Comfortable beds and sofas. Clean and great location.

The noise, but I was prepared from the reviews and the location took precedent. Was able to drown out the noise with ear plugs and leaving the TV on. If you are a light sleeper, this is not for you.

I liked the open space area and the living room. The ear plugs helped, but wasn’t expecting this, especially that is was a work trip.

The noise of the bar outside, it was awful, and the people screaming until 3am. The beds were ok, but expected something more elevated a little bit.

Good location. Nearby to everything. Host very detail with checkins via messages sent. parking a block away ample parking space. Well equipped kitchen.

The Loft has everything you need plus it’s clean and spacious.

facilities could use some upgrade, bathroom is old and difficult to keep clean. the windows facing 5th street are too noisy, need to sound proof the window. Especially bar music go as late as midnight… Not suitable for family and business customers.

I love the apartment 😍. Lots of room/great. Clean, warm, had coffee lol a full kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes. The bedroom had extra blankets.

Instructions were a mess! We received 30+ emails with emojis and texts. All we needed were: access codes and parking instructions. Once you figure out instructions, you go at the building, try to park in the street, take the slow elevator, find the parking card, go back to the car…. 40 minutes are gone.
