After being in Cabo San Lucas, We stayed here for our last night. When I booked the hotel I thought it was in Cabo but in reality it was in SanJose del Cabo. Little did I I know it was two different towns. This property was perfect! Clean, quiet with a friendly staff that helped arrange our airport transportation. With a short Uber ride, Exploring San Jose del Cabo was a real treat!

Rooms were big and starting to see updates on them

Las Palmas is super friendly and clean. The beds are absolutely amazing, as was the air con. However, it's on an extremely busy highway, and the noise and fumes and air quality are not great. The biggest issue I have is the fact that almost all amenities (restaurants, grocery stores etc.) are on the other side of the highway. This means crossing several lanes where the signalling and cars are very unpredictable. I didn'tt hink it would be that difficult just to get some groceries. So while things are "walking distance", it requires more work than you would think. Also, the pool was very recently upgraded. For some reason they did not include a railing on the stairs to get in and out of the pool. Myslef and several other guests I witnessed either couldn't enter the pool, or needed lots of help. Could you please put in a railing?

Overall the experience was ok. The facilities are being updated and the hotel has potential. We accidentally left our wallet in the safe when we left. When we called back we did not get a prompt response. When we drove back, they handed the wallet back but all the money was gone. They said a customer returned the wallet so they they did not know what happened to the money. Did not want to ask why house keeping would not have first found it. It was a reasonable sum unfortunately.

The location is not great and the hotel is located on a very busy and extremely loud road. The noise made it difficult to sleep. There is a small but very cold, although a bonus if you are hot and need to cool off. A basic but tasty Mexican breakfast is served in the morning with the cost of the room, which is a nice perk. The tv was in Spanish only which isn't great for English speakers. The rooms were clean and basic. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for one night only if you are in-between hotels and are on an overnight layover.

This property is HUGE! There’s no easy access to your room. The staircases are confusing and the walkways are a maze. There Was no phone jn the room. When I called from my cell, no answer. Our stay was 7 days and no towel change despite repeated requests. Only 2 towels for 3 people. Yuck! Not enough blankets. Overall- never staying here again! You get what you pay for. Also, no help staff with luggage.

Our stay was fine...we kind of knew what it would be like. Being on the main highway did make it quite noisy at times, but we expected that.

Staff was great, no lounge chairs by pool, very noisy hwy out front, so much garbage around property, pool was cold!!

Got handicapped room however it was on the 2nd floor. No elevator. Hotel staff tried hard to meet all your needs. Breakfast was good. Pool was not open while we were there, kept saying it was going to be. However even if it was open,it would be cold. Pool is small and on 2nd floor. Not heated and enclosed mostly so doesn't get all day sun. Would stay at hotel again. Nice feeling about it. Walmart across the street. Restaurants nearby. Can walk...about 25 min walk to main square. Hotel in stripe mall. Main level only had the entrance. Everything else in 2nd floor...they call it first floor.

Very basic and small room. A little noisy with traffic and people walking their luggage and talking down the walkway. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast and coffee were good start in the morning. Just stayed one night for a short stop over before moving on.

The staff was friendly and helpful! The biggest disappointment was the pool area - they are renovating so it is constant construction and noise unfortunately.

Hire more staff who are customer oriented and can speak English. The physical layout of the hotel's building is very bad, so many stairs and meandering! Our room's provision of pillows and blankets were poor and inadequate.

Good location, friendly staff, but dirty and stained sheets and no towels. The property is nice but I wish they would invest in a new sheets since the few provided were stained and had rips in them. We also had to call the front desk as we weren't provided enough sheets or any towels.

Well, wouldn’t stay here again. Surprised at the high rating. Glad we only needed to stay 1 night at the end of our trip. It was reasonably clean although I was glad I brought wipes to clean the toilets because they were not 100% clean. But the sheets were so thin you could see the mattress through them. There was only one blanket for the four of us to share. Otherwise all we had was one thin sheet on each bed. We each got one stringy towel plus 2 hand towels for 3 bathrooms. When we wanted to go to the beach, I stopped at the front desk to ask for towels, but we were not able to get any. No washcloths. Beds were all very hard. I will say our 2 bedroom suite was very large but be warned the bedrooms were upstairs for those with mobility issues. Also the listing says 2 queens and 2 twins. Actual was one queen in one room and 2 twins in the other. Downstairs were 2 trundle beds with no bedding I think were supposed to be couches?

It’s under construction. I chose this hotel because of the picture of the pool. Well. It’s a disaster now. Under construction. Bummer!
