We wanted to get away for a few days to decompress before the busy school year. This house was perfect for me, my husband, 2 boys and dog to unwind and forget about real life for a few days. The house was clean and the open layout was great for family time. The fenced in yard was secure for our escape artist dog. Only about 15 minutes from sylvan beach, so we were able to spend a few hours there each day. Dinner every night on the grill and fires and smores. We actually ended up staying an extra night and we would love to come back. Thanks to Tracy for being a great host.

The rental was clean and the owner was very easy to contact. I thought this was going to be a vacation I'd want to go back to but many disappointments were ahead. The home is only yards away from a 55 mile an hour road so if you travel with pets be very careful. Upon our arrival we were very excited to see the lake and let our dogs have a dip in the water. One of the home owners came up to say this is private property, we are all friends and family. You have no rights to use the lake. The VRBO owner talked to the home owner and told us we could use it. By this time we obviously were not welcome in this area. Many areas don't allow dogs to swim they are people only beaches. I'm sorry but this lake is the size of an ocean and it baffles my mind that it can't be shared by all. Rent this home if you don't have pets and want to travel to the casino or drive to a people beach. The price was very fair.

Property was immaculately kept. It was bright, airy and conducive to both relaxing and working, which i had to do some of while i was there. The property manager was communicative and helpful, leaving great printed instructions and responding immediately when i had questions. The sofa directly in front of the TV in the living room is the most comfortable couch in the history of the world. The only thing better than this property was its location, right near Lake Oneida. Overall great experience!

The home is absolutely beautiful. All of the decor is current.

We enjoyed staying in the well equipped home and everyone was able to spread out comfortably in the large great room! Enjoyed walking down to lake and watching the sunset. Look forward to coming back one day

We loved the property and once we got sorted out about being able to bring our dogs everything was great. The area is lovely and the fenced yard was a plus. The house was comfortably furnished and well stocked. Eclipse day was cloudy but we were able to get views from the back yard. We used extra days to explore some natural areas, awesome and I got to hang out with both my sons and DIL in a roomy house on a beautiful lake.

Absolutely fell in love with this sweet lakehouse. Our host, Tracy vouldnt be any nicer. We will definitely be back!!
