The house was perfect! Three retired couples decided to give Nashville a try and we are so glad we did! Everyone had a wonderful time! The house fit our needs perfectly. House was clean modern and roomy. Quick Uber ride to all locations we wanted to go. We definitely are planning to go back soon.

Would love to have had instructions on how to use the coffee machine as that became a group effort on day1 reviewing videos online on how to make a full pot of coffee.
A drying rack for the dishes and pans washed by hand would have also been helpful.

Breathtaking place, with all the amenities and home comforts you could ask for. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and hopefully be back soon to stay again. Great decor and very spacious.

Clean, spacious, bright, comfortable….perfect! Location was ideal, close enough to Broadway but in a quiet area. Extremely easy to check in and out, easy to access. Would make an annual trip every year to stay here!

We found the house to be perfectly decorated in a safe, quiet area. There were nice places near the house with live music if you are interested in getting away from the crowds. The roof top was an excellent place to unwind after concerts. Highly recommend the house!

This property was 10/10! Laura the host was super responsive and accommodating. We absolutely loved the townhome and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Myself and 7 others had more than enough space and we loved the layout of the house. Super clean, modern and cozy!

Great location! Rooftop terrace was wonderful. Fun place for our girl’s trip. Lots of common space for gathering. Very clean! Coffee maker was a challenge. Instructions would have been nice.

We had 4 couples stay in this amazing house ! Very clean and spacious. Rooms where big with comfy beds. Every couple had their own space. Location was 10 min Uber to Broadway. We required a late check out and owner was very accommodating letting us stay till 3pm. Definitely going to recommend others that are travelling with friends to stay here !

A beautiful home. Pictures accurately represent the cleanliness, space and beautiful decor. We were six adults. There was more than enough space for all of us to relax comfortably. Laura was very responsive to messages. We would definitely highly recommend this place, and would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, right in the neighborhood of a lot of record studios which was cool. The Uber rides to town weren’t bad priced but getting back from broadway at night was anywhere from $35-$60 a trip. Bird scooters where around to ride and a easy ride into town. Loved the house it self and never had any problems

I celebrated my 30th birthday in Nashville with my parents and my siblings and we had the greatest time in Music Row!! The location was perfect and easy to Uber everywhere we needed too. We walked to lunch one day and through the Vanderbilt campus which was lovely!! Lauras property was the perfect home base, we were able to enjoy the beautiful roof deck area, the living and kitchen area were large and open perfect for mjngling, and the beds and bedrooms were very comfortable! We loved our stay!!

We have a girls weekend in March 2023 and it was great. We walked or Uber most places. The place was spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. Definitely recommend.

Great location! We stayed here needing a close stay to Vanderbilt and this was perfect. Neighborhood felt safe and it was neat being so close to Music Row! House was clean and had all we needed for a convenient stay.

Exactly as listed. The property is beautiful very spacious and able to accommodate a lot of people absolutely love having a garage parking. It is close it is to Broadway and other hot spots. Less than $15 Uber ride to most hot spots, we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property and the location was fantastic. Manager was easy to work with and responded to our requests promptly. Sitting on the upper deck every morning was the best.

Came down with a group and the house offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out! Great neighborhood that is a close Uber ride to Broadway but far enough out it’s not crazy busy. It is nice to have a garage space for parking. Will definitely be back if we return to Nashville!

The condo was the perfect setup for our vacation. Three separate floors so everyone had their own space and bedrooms. This place was beautiful and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe. We were close to Broadway without the hustle and bustle. Beautiful homes and recording studios everywhere. Definitely recommending this place to my friends and family.
