The kitchen was awesome.

The door from the bedroom to the living area was not good, and the door from the bedroom to the bathroom was not good either.

Cleaner flooring and cleaner couch . and better draining at bathroom sink.

No breakfast was offered. We had a 4 bdrm apartment with a full kitchen. Wonderful!

The balcony was nothing like the piictures I viewed when renting the place. Picture was very deceiving. The trash can by the parking garage had an extreme amount of trash surrounding the can and overflowing. Not very welcoming and seemed a little sketchy.

The apartment is really big and new. It has all the forniture you might need and it has also a big garage where you can park your car for free

The apartment was quite dirty, they shall put more attention on the cleaning. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi (we were not able to connect). I’m sure it was a temporary thing, but they did not manage to solve the issue.

The roof top views, it was so spacious and beautiful. The property was well maintained and secure.

Beds were comfortable, place was very clean and had all utilities needed

The space inside was as advertised, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms - 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms- and they were nice for the most part. Bathrooms were huge for a “hotel” type place. Nice kitchen, roof top patio, washer and dryer in unit, nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, coffee maker , toaster, full refrigerator, ( no ice maker) nice dishes, had some basic toiletries provided.

I am shocked at this location- booked because it said it was a great location- it was horrible!!!! Located next to weed shops , liquor stores, vacant lots loaded with trash, bars with blaring music so loud it sounded like we were in the front row of a concert inside with the windows closed 3 stories up , homeless people sleeping below, the alley to get to the parking garage loaded with graffiti and trash along with several very sketchy individuals, parking was awful- very few spots and so small and tight to get into, paper thin walls , sounded like we had competition cloggers above us, customer service was horrific-would never book again or recommend, actually shocked this property is allowed on the site. Floor turned your feet black, and towels were stained. Lights burned out in bathroom. Most windows faced a wall about a foot away, one overlooked the trash and a bar, patio small, absolutely filthy and boxed in with a wall and only 2 chairs for a space for 10 people. Obviously there was no lobby, pool, on site staff, or onsite restaurant, apparently I just need to stick with a resort type hotel.
