Staff went out of their way to be accommodating.The hotel text me to ask me how everything was and when I told them I was not happy about my room, and they put me up in a much nicer one in Tower 2 (Thanks to staff member named Heather).

First 2 room assignments were in Tower 1... which is not very nicely appointed (needs remodeling, basically just the atrocious floor material).

The property is located really close to Nissan Stadium and downtown Nashville. Our trip was for the Ed Sheeran concert. We loved the large breakfast portions; the staff and valet were awesome! We will be back in the future when we do business or hang out in Nashville!

The hotel was close to downtown and we had a city view on the 14th floor. The staff is amazing!!! We requested early check-in and they made it happen!!

We checked in early so maybe they cleaned in a hurry. My husband noticed that the bathroom floor looked dirty in some spots. I took a dry washcloth and wiped it over the dirty spots to check if it was stained. The washcloth I used was black from the dirt spots.

We didn’t eat breakfast in the restaurant but it looked great. Love the music! It was great any time we listened.

It was expensive. $400 a night is pricy plus parking so $460. Not sure we would come back but loved the property and staff.

Broadway was within walking distance. Great location

excellent hotel for location to everything CMA Fest. within walking distance to Nissan Stadium, Broadway and Printers Alley. lots of food choices and bars around it too but if you didn’t want yo wander the hotel has its own nice restaurant bar with live music. Staff were friendly and helpful with a special mention to the valet and the bar staff.

We couldn’t fault it. Price was little more than we would expect to pay normally however it was CMA Fest and everywhere had a higher price tag. I would pay it again for the location.

We loved the whole vibe of the hotel. we were within walking distance to so many things! We specifically went to attend a concert in Nissian Stadium and it was a ten minute walk from the hotel! valet parking so we didn’t have to worry about our car.

Room were a little on the small side but not uncomfortably so.

Great hotel location downtown. I liked the boutique style of the hotel with a strong Nashville vibe. Enjoyed the bar with the live music, the breakfast and the quality of the room.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Ambience of dining area and bar was lovely. This is an historic building so the dining room is large with high ceilings, beautiful. Breakfast was huge and delicious. Live entertainment at night was fantastic.

Room was a little bare, minimalist style. No comfy chair, linoleum on the floor, pillows very hard. But overall, it was ok, very clean.

Every employee at Hotel Indigo was exceptionally friendly and professional! Our bed was very comfy and the location was incredible! Printer's Alley was right around the corner!!! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Jessica at the front desk and she was an outstanding representative of the hotel. Jessica provided a great first impression of Hotel Indigo. We cannot say enough about two waitresses in the hotel. There were 6 people in our group so there were a lot of orders to take, etc. Brittany and Lea greeted us each morning with a smile and coffee... our days always started on a positive note and they provided outstanding service. We felt like we were family. They were excellent representatives of southern hospitality and your hotel!

We do not have any complaints. We were left with a very positive impression.

I liked the security of the upper floors. the need of a room key to access the upper floors.
