We used this house for a corporate shoot and our team also stayed at the property, the setting is beautiful and the house is clean, well stocked and has a ton of activities. The management crew was extremely responsive to any questions that popped up during our stay. Highly recommend!

This property is in an absolutely ideal location for Palm Springs. It is close to the main shopping and restaurant area. The team from AvantStay was available to meet all of our needs and the furnishings were all extremely comfortable. I would happily stay here again for our stay.

The home was impeccable. The grounds were beautiful. The location was perfect. Our family loved the pool table, swimming pool and Bocci court. It was too hot to play pickle ball but the court was nice. We had a little trouble cooling the back of the house and had to use portable fans to draw the cooler air from the front of the house to the back. The one bedroom that is supposed to have a trundle bed in it did not have it. It is pictured as a blue velvet bed and what is actually in the room is a single twin iron bed with no trundle. The icemaker in the refrigerator does not work. And the gas stove has a slight gas smell that emanates from the kitchen. Which I found unsettling. There is a hook up for misters outside at the outdoor kitchen/patio by the pool and we used everyday. This is not listed on the description for the listing. Otherwise we had a blast and enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Oh and the history behind this iconic home is amazing!!

I have no words for the most beautiful and magical week we just spent at this property. Well worth every penny. First, the location can’t be beat - walking distance to the best restaurants, coffee shops, and shops. We really didn’t NEED a car at all - except for a grocery run. The house is BEAUTIFUL - the furniture, decor, windows, grounds, and original features were completely in line with the history of the house. It has a quiet elegance that was perfect. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are plenty. The view, the pool, and the outdoor gathering areas were the real winners this week - we could have stayed forever. Management was communicative and thorough and quickly dealt with one issue on a Friday night - thank you! The main bedroom “wing” is warmer than the rest of the house and the internet is not strong. Those were the only minor issues. All in all — one of the best vacation stays of my life!

We had a great time. Property is located walking distance from great restaurants and bars. Property was clean and as described. We loved the pickleball court and the pool. Check-in and out was smooth. Overall highly recommend!

What a beautiful property! It was the perfect place for our two families to come and hang out. There was plenty to do for everyone. The location was prime as it was walkable to downtown and great restaurants.

Incredible property for 4 lifelong guy friends in their 40s. Beautiful historic feel, walking distance to all the best bars and restaurants. Amazing outdoors pool complex/pickleball courts/lounge area. Check in was seamless. Property managers were immediately responsive when WiFi wasn’t working. Would absolutely stay here again
