My husband, Daughter and I stayed at "Our Happy Place" for a long weekend for a family celebration. We absolutely loved the condo. It was clean from top to bottom. We enjoyed the view and spending time on the porch. We will rent again in the future.

We found the condo to be perfect for our stay. Everything was in excellent working order and just having time to relax by the lake was terrific.

Clean, perfect location, numerous amenities, and great communication from the host! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly what was presented on the on-line listing. Unfortunately, during our short stay there was construction occurring on the second-floor condo. This just gave us the added push to get up and out early each day and explore the towns of Anderson and Hartwell.

We were in town for a couple of days house hunting and loved this condo at Hartwell Villas. The view from the windows or from the deck was beautiful and peaceful. The furnishings were comfortable.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean and comfortable which helped us relax after driving 3 and a half hours at night in the rain. This location was centered from about 3 different cities and shopping areas. We came for the Diamond Hill Gem Mining but enjoyed Sadlers Creek State Park and the scenery of the area. Well worth it

The villa had been totally redone inside with new paint, new kitchen, appliances etc. A pleasure to stay in your villa and hope to again in the future.

This lake condo is one of the best places we’ve stayed! The beds were heavenly, everything we needed was provided, and the house was spotless. The view and proximity to the lake were perfect. We loved being on the long back porch. The hosts have thought of everything. We will be back!!

The property was very nice and clean. Owners had everything in the home that you could think of. Cool thing is we we seen a Armadillo! Very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed ourselves! Thanks again!

This was a clean and beautiful property. The house and beds were comfortable. Parking was right out front. The views of the lake were beautiful. The host left snacks as well as conveniences of dishwasher and washer pods. Bath towels were fluffy and well cared for. This was a resort-style home. I would definitely visit again.

We’re already planning our next adventure as “Our Happy Place” was perfect in every way! The lake view from the windows was pristine and so relaxing. The back porch was super inviting and the interior decor was spot on. The remodeling was perfect…the kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous!! We utilized this location as our lodging for a parents weekend at Clemson. It’s a nice peaceful drive to get to the condo but yet close enough to go back and forth to Clemson. Property owners were super accessible and answered all of our questions prior to the stay and we didn’t need them at all once we got there - the book in the condo along with initial check in instructions was perfect!

The location and view was amazing and the condo was perfect for a family. The lake in front of you and a state park beside you. If you like playing in a lake this location is perfect!

Lovely home best view of the lake very clean and well laid out floor plan. Comfortable bed with nice furniture throughout and had everything we needed. Nice pool we spent 5 nights ate some of the best BBQ at Fork Grove right down the road. Perfect place to stay for a peaceful vacation thanks so much

My family needed a get-a-way but needed to still be close to home. This perfect lake location was amazing! The decor is beautiful, the view from the porch was perfection! If you need hotel-like accommodations with lake house views and access this is the place.

We enjoyed our stay at “Our Happy Place” very much. We were celebrating our anniversary and we absolutely love Lake Hartwell. Everything was clean, modern and quiet. We enjoyed the porch and views the most. The only thing of concern is the parking. We didn’t have a spot designated, so due to the other condos and their guests we ended up parking past the building near the grass. It was fine for the 2 of us because we didn’t have a lot of stuff or our children with us. However a longer stay with multiple trips to the car with kids I could find this a bit challenging. Otherwise it was a perfect little getaway. We plan to return sooner than later. Thank you sharing your cute place with us.

Thank you SO much for sharing your Happy Place with us, what a hidden gem! Everything was just perfect, from the location to the amenities and beyond. Beautifully remodeled inside, this condo left us lacking for nothing. Comfy beds, luxurious linens, great shower, all the kitchen supplies you could need, the list goes on. The large back porch gave us an incredible spot to relax and take in that amazing Lake Hartwell view - the outdoor fans, lighting and seating were one of the many little details that really set this place apart! We enjoyed floating around the lake in the quiet little cove just down from the condo and had the space all to ourselves. The condo is not far from town for groceries, etc. We also enjoyed dinner and drinks just a few minutes up the road at Big Water Marina. Super easy check in/out, too! Already planning our next visit, thanks again!

We spent the week sailing on Lake Hartwell. This condo was perfectly located for what we were doing. It’s beautiful inside, excellent view from the back deck. Everything worked, great beds.

The condo and community are too notch. Quite and not crowded easy to come and go thru the front gate. The condo was clean and very up to date. Appliances etc were impressive. Would love to come back in the future.

This is the best VRBO we have ever visited. So much attention to every detail. Adjustable beds, Keurig coffeemaker and coffee, snacks, great Wi-fi and TV streaming. Unbelievably beautiful location and condo was exceptionally clean and decor was perfect. We used the gas grill which worked great. Convenient boat ramp right next door, we could see our boat on the courtesy dock right from the condo. Had two deer visit early every morning while I had my coffee on the porch looking out at the lake. Already planning our return trip. Just perfect !!

We loved our stay! We appreciated how clean and well-appointed this condo is, and enjoyed the lake views from most rooms. Our family enjoyed walking along the lake and the sitting out on the spacious porch. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the grill outside was a bonus! The beds are super comfortable. I feel this is a quiet, safe place to stay and just a 25 minute drive to Anderson University, which was the purpose for our visit. Sadlers Creek State Park is just next to the Villas.

Remodel was well done. Property very quiet and nice. Right on the lake.

Hands down, the best VRBO rental place and experience I have ever had in the last 20 years. The condo was roomy, clean, updated and the owners thoughtfulness of items for use in the condo was above and beyond. We will definitely recommend and will return soon!
