Spacious modern suite

Excellent location. 15 minutes walk from the airport and the town centre. Very close to the beach. Easy check in. Helpful and polite staff. The spa facilities are adult only and are amazing. Apartment (15th floor suite) is as described, spaces, very well equipped with quality goods. Although the airport is very close, there is no noise from the planes.

East facing apartment (front of the building) was road side, aware of the traffic below. Small shaded balcony

Stunning property felt brand new. Very close to the airport without the obtrusive noise of planes. Had a great view of the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar from the balcony. The room had everything needed for my stay and the kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom was spacious and I LOVED the rainfall shower - could have stayed under it for hours! The restaurant on site had good selections for those times I didn’t feel like cooking. And to top it all…the spa was luxurious!!!!

I found no fault.

I booked one night for four people and I was asked to provide in advance everyone's ID and names. This means that the property knew we were four. As soon as we got into the room, we found just one king bed, and a sofa that wasn't ready to sleep in. We called the manager, and she told us that "sometimes people book a room for four but they are just two". That was not the case since I explicitly booked for four! Long story short: we had to make the bed on our own after paying more than 250 euro for one night.

It was a bit tricky to find. There was filming of the spa so we couldn’t use it for two hours.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Further, the property’s location is great - close to both the airport and Main Street.

Impossible to reach owner., when a misunderstanding about arrival time and access to the apartment arose.

Very clean, cordial staff, easy access to quick food and meals, and a great pool/spa! Very close to catalan bay beach.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the property

I loved having an apartment with all the amenities of a hotel.

Grocery shopping wasn’t convenient. However, I found the little shop right outside the front door for big bottles of water.

De tudo mesmo, a Senhora Zanda foi extremamente atenciosa, o facto de sermos de longe e ela nos tratar e receber de uma forma tão carinhosa foi mt bom. E sem duvida Zanda foi top pois nunca tinha mos visto um carro entrar num elevador e Zanda nos esperou para o mostrar. Adoramos ❤️ O apartamento estava um brilho, tudo o que é necessario para uma estadia quando estamos longe de casa. Abrir a porta e sentir ok é aqui ❤️ 😘

Lovely space. We’ll equipped apartment. Excellent powerful shower. Amazing spa and gym. On-site restaurant good quality and value.

Location is unsightly and noisy due to being next to the main road route from the border. Quality of fittings cheap and poorly made. Bed mediocre but acceptable. Windows porky fitted so rattle in high winds which is normal for Gibraltar.

We liked our stay in E1 Suites & Spa aparthotel very much. The apartment was new and impeccably clean and it was very well equipped. Sea view from our balcony was stunning. Freska restaurant downstairs was really good and open until 11 pm which was really convenient. The staff were wonderful and really helpful. Rebecca welcomed us very warmly. What's more, when it turned out that I had left my jacket in the apartment, they sent it back to me at no additional cost. Thank you Zanda for posting it personally!

Das Appartment bot auf minimalstem Platz ein kleines 1-Zimmer Appartment mit Balkon. Sauber, modern, fast neuwertig.

Preis, Lage und das Lokal im EG waren zusammen nicht zufriedenstellend. Würden wir alles nicht nochmal buchen. Das Gym und SPA haben wir nicht besucht, ein 2-Stunden Aufenthalt wäre inkludiert gewesen. Dafür hat der Parkplatz im Haus 25 Pfund gekostet. Ok, Platz in GIB ist eben etwas selten. Das Lokal im EG war weder vom Angebot noch von der Qualität wiederholungswürdig.

Ter que pagar estacionamento, já estávamos pagando a estadia, o estacionamento poderia ser cortesia.

The room was exactly what we needed and was in a great location to travel to everything we wanted to. There was bus travel but we opted to walk everywhere which was very doable.

Although it couldn’t be helped the only thing which wasn’t ideal was the noise outside of construction sites and vehicles which everyone seems to love using their horn.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable and placed under the TV which was a worry just in case bang head!

Clean, new, coffee bar and restaurant in the lobby, friendly staff, 5 minutes from the beach on the right, a 20 minute walk from the old town centre on the left. The spa is exceptional, new and first class. The hot tub helped after a day walking on Gibraltar rock. Staff are very informative and helpful 😊

A cement works, but the sound proofing on the building is so good that we didn't hear a thing.
