Nice apartment in the city center with all the things necessary

Clean, functional, close to city centre. Good views to the Victory square. Near theatres and Circus. Location is the best you could imagine.
Drawbacks- no conditioner, hot in hot weather.

We had 2 appartements but the where 2 km from echater

Hard to communicate with the company, needed expedia help. Arrived before 11 so allocated a different, (smaller and more basic apartment) without discussion Poor kitchen equipment, no chopping board only a big pan and one fry pan. No spare loo roll or shower gel ( no shower either) Small and very basic, but gives an idea of how locals live. Would be very hard to find for someone new to the area. Get Aparton to send a driver to pick you up. Good shops and market near by, and a range of eating out options. Very close to metro. No maps or info provided by Aparton at all, even after asking. Buy from stall near the metro. For hardy travellers, would not recommend for first time in Minsk.

We had switched on air conditioning and someone started banging on the door at midnight and we had to call police and it came out that old man cannot sleep as water dripping from the air conditioning but it is scary for foreigners to open door at midnight

We booked apartment for 6 persons for 3 days and you do not apartment address when you book as you get an apartment from 4 addresses. They all are located in the center. The apartment is spacious and has kitchen.
The staff is friendly.

The appartment was average. Due to very poor maintenance of one of the appartments (company seems to rent out many) and very poor area/building in which the appartement is located went to negative.

We arrived there and no one was waiting so we had to find something else for the first night.
We came following morning and they just ignore our question about why nobody was waiting and in addition told they don't have apartment left so they told hotels.com will refund you and left us in the street. Their customer service is terrible, please choose another place if you can.

The house was big and spacious and I loved it as my own house and lived like the owner of the house ..... want to go back again as location was very good near train and bus station

Had a cleaning lady waking me up at 11, when the checkout time was at 12. She insisted to come in and said she had to.
Also there's a code into the check in building, I still don't know what it is! Otherwise pretty nice apartment.

Pleasant short stay on Independance Avenue. The place is ideal for those who want to spend most of their time outdoors. The straight forward metro system is a two minute walk away and a 20 minute stroll gets you to the old town.

Centrally located and a bargain. Actual apartment was located elsewhere but nearby where I checked in. Sort of annoying after a long flight. The bed wasn't too comfortable but the price and location were great so is probably stay there again.

Excellent service! We got an upgraded room and the price was affordable. Only problem is that internet had few problems, that was disappointing. Excellent location just off main square full of nice cafes and restaurants.

Appartment not very clean, TV/Satelite faulty, external light on stairs broken so dark staircase, kitchen cupbaoard facia fallen off. Overall appartment was very shabby and in need of some repairs and TLC.Shame as the location is in a great area

A great option in the center of Minsk. Good location, large rooms, very clean and cozy.

Where this isnt a hotel with a front desk, etc, it was difficult getting the keys to the apartment. The funishings were ok, but we didnt feel the bedding had recently been cleaned. The service from the staff wasnt up to what we expect from a service-oriented industry.
