I paid on a proper payment When we try to check in early. Our room is dirty and stink.lots damage inside.i saw a few cackroach. So i told my family to touch up clean this erea. Furnitures are damaged.no cable tv. Good communication on care taker but no good maintenance on the property. Confusing to check in too. Sorry not coming back this property ever again.

It’s a condo. There’s not really a front desk. We were booked for a queen bed, and two full, and a sofa bed, we got 2 queens instead. The sofa bed was nasty when I flattened it out. I asked for beddings for those were given ver minimal beddings, the room is run down. It did have a nice view though. The window facing the bay was missing a curtain, other units can see you from their window. Not the best place for international travel. However places around the airport are normally the more older buildings. We booked this due to price and proximity to the airport. So for that it’s ok.

One the best places to book at if you have a US Embassy appointment. The US Embassy is walkable from here.

Glad I booked this condo instead of a hotel. They have hot and cold shower, easy check-in and check out and very convenient if you have appointment at the embassy.

The only thing I liked about the condominium was the outdoor pool, everything else was bad, the gym was terrible, and the equipment was old worn out, and unsafe to use, one of the air conditioners was inoperable and made the room feel hot and smell bad. The surrounding area of the condominium was littered with homeless people, the sidewalks were dark and awfully dirty and smelly. I don't understand why the Mayor and the LGU of the vicinity were not doing anything about it, it was terrible. My unit was old and the walls were dusty, the furniture and air condition was old and worn out. The customer service, snugglepodcondotel was bad and did not respond to my emails. I will never come back to this place and I do not recommend this condominium and do not fall for the photos on their website. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONDOMINIUM

the building is good and nice but in our room where we stayed ..lack and poor of cleanliness ..more cockroach and the kitchen utensels very little even cleaning materials are not provided ..even flat iron .i requested unfortunetly didnt heard . shower are broken ..its has no rags and hanger .hope u provide all those things ...so that customers are satisfied .

Bed frame is broken and the blanket is too small toiletries is not complete 1 used tissue and one roll tissue. No hygiene kit provided and towel are not well cleaned there are stains.

PLEASE do not be fouled by thev10/10 ratings for this location .This place is roaches infested..we had to cut our stay to one night instead of the 2 nights scheduled. Will never go back .simply bad management and dirty place

Incredibly noisy but one expects that anywhere in Manila. Robinsons Mall about 10 minutes walk away for everything you might need. Rooms are condo units managed by the building managers. Security good. Room was in nice condition but floors need mopping as well as sweeping.

I will never recommend this property dirty lots of cockroaches bed is not even washed dirty from the last renter we laundry it pir self no utensils everything is missing you need to bring your own stuff nothing good to say very terrible our experience period

Its an okay place to stay we got there early, a little dirty, Broken Wifi,

First of all the listing is not the address of the property or the proper name - it is the rough location of the building, If you google it - it shows you the US Embassy which is located across the street from the hotel. By the time I reached the location - even my taxi driver could not locate the hotel - we asked several taxi drivers in the area and they had never heard of the hotel in the description. Panicking with no place to stay I quickly went on line and found somewhere close to stay at for the night. If it wasn't for the patient and kind taxi driver I would have most likely been on the streets of Manila alone at 1:30 am. following day I reached out to the contact person and they gave me the real name (which I forget at this time) and I go to check in around 11 am. They tell me I don't have a reservation for yesterday which I had confirmation - so good thing I did not find the hotel as ii would have been sleeping in the lobby all night. I check into my room to the sounds of very loud jack hammers above my room. I went to the front desk where I was told that they are renovating the room above me. I asked that they stop immediately and they looked at me like I was asking for something out of the question. Over my three day stay the noise continued and even started as early a 6 am. I found insects in my room and caught one and took it to the front desk - oh it is just a cockroach! The pool was dirty - when advised same stupid look delist them please

The place was just opposite the US Embassy. Groceries, Kiosks, Drugstores, and malls are very near and accessible.

The unit rented was dirty. Had a hard time finding it because I never received any communication from the owner. And when called he was rude and he claimed that he send me a message but couldn’t find it.

It was very convenient for appointment at the embassy.

The room was nice, had a nice view, was right across the street from the Embassy and near the Extension Clinic the medical exam for the US Visa was done at. The room and drawers were not clean when we arrived, and there was no toilet paper. We had to buy those essentials, and clean the room. The bedding, furniture, and kitchen were nice. The Shower and the Toilet had nothing to separate them though, so the toilet got wet when the shower was used. Very nice water pressure, but I felt it was too much for my baby, as he did not enjoy the shower. There was Wifi (that wasn't the best) and a TV far larger than I had expected, but it had NetFlix, so while waiting around for my appointments in a strange city that is far too crowded, I got to catch up on many shows I had not seen. Over-all a nice stay.

-The tv in our room was not working or it wouldn’t connect to the internet, in short we have no tv for a week. The tv remote were not working at all. -The wifi was not working because it wasn’t paid by the owner and was past due. We have no wifi for a week. -The room was closed or not much of window, we didn’t have a reliable network for a week. We have to put our phones by the window area to catch a bar or two signal. -The shower curtain is nasty. I mean it’s molded for real. -Towels are not clean looking. -Bed had cover but no bed sheets no comforter. It has a fleece blanket. I called it out about the tv and internet. They said they came but I wasn’t there coz went to get foods. The next day I mentioned, i just stayed in the property, but none showed up. I was disappointed. But I finished the whole 5 nights stayed. I know each unit have different owners. But hopefully the next time I book a stay here won’t be this bad situation. The guards are friendly anyways. I will stay here again in the future for the price is so affordable but wanna make sure it won’t be a bad case. - I like the idea of having a small kitchen so we can cook at least and not relying on eating fastfoods or hunt for a decent restaurant.

The bed had a terrible mattress, it was thin and the bottom sheet came off a few times every night. So we were laying on plastic, not very good. And the a/c didn't work well.

Good location

Waiter for over an hour past check-in time and nobody would let me check-in. After an hour, I left and found another hotel. I lost money on that and I will never have a good thing to say about this hotel.
