Stunning absolutely perfect would highly recommend and will definitely return

Fantastic location, very quiet. The house was beautifully clean and the welcoming home baked sourdough bread and cakes were greatly appreciated and delicious. The owners Jill and Maurice were most welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make us feel weans enhance our stay. The grounds were beautiful and both our dogs enjoyed the walks from the back door. Perfect stay!

I could not say anything more about this experience. From the initial booking interaction with Jill until the day I left, the whole process was excellent and seamless. The property itself is a very well proportioned 2 bedroom barn conversion. Clearly no expense has been spared with quality bedding and linens, comfortable mattresses, a well-stocked kitchen and lovely living room. The setting is idyllic, with beautiful gardens, fields and ponds surrounding the property. The barn is also beautifully quiet, so I was able to enjoy restful sleeps while there. Finally, the hospitality of the hosts made an excellent stay exceptional. I was greeted by Maurice, who had made a delicious loaf of bread and stocked the fridge with some other breakfast provisions. It was unnecessarily kind but was yet another reflection of the effort to go the extra mile. Thank you for letting me enjoy your beautiful property. I look forward to returning when I'm next in the area.

Our young family (a 6 year-old and a 3 year-old) thoroughly enjoyed our break at Jill's wonderful luxury barn. From the delicious home-baked sourdough bread and cakes awaiting us on arrival, through the beautiful master bedroom to the expansive grounds, this made for a relaxing staycation.

What an amazing place! The location is beautiful and we had the best weather. Sitting outside eating breakfast, listening to the birds and looking over to the lakes was just stunning! The cottage is fabulous with all the oak beams and the afternoon tea that was there on our arrival was just what we needed. The Woodcock pub is a great place to eat too. The only drawback was the business that occupies the same site. Sometimes we couldn’t get easy access to the cottage as metal poles were blocking the driveway. The employees would move them, but it was a little inconvenient at times. Despite this, we had an amazing time.
