Visited 10/22/2023-10/27/2023. They had 4-5 towels for an 8-person cabin, no broom, no ball for foosball, no pans, a filthy plate and charger left sitting on the counter. Took a full day to get them to bring out towels, broom, some pans. Kids were really looking forward to playing foosball, but when they brought us a ball, it turned out to be a ping pong ball. Oh well, it kind of/semi worked. Hot tub was an entire other story. It had floating crap (think a lot of dead skin caked on the sides, on the chlorine dispenser), smelled like something died in there, no chlorine in the dispenser whatsoever, filter was a disaster (I pulled the cover off the filter) and the rubber part of the filter was cracked. I’m no hot tub expert, but it definitely needs to be replaced and hasn’t been touched in months. They never actually sent someone out to clean and fix it. I’m an electrical contractor in my state, so I’m completely familiar with the NEC (National Electrical Code), and this place has plenty of violations. Ceiling fan in living room is bouncing all over the place when run at full speed. Hot tub is wired with incorrect wire type and is missing connectors, allowing bare metal to come in contact with the wire in multiple places. The pump motor inside of the hot tub is missing nuts, so it’s just sitting on some bolt studs and is not secure. Vacasa claimed to have submitted a request to refund us a part of our stay because of the hot tub issues but so far no reply and no update.

Property was clean and well kept. We did have an issue with the hot water not working on our second day. This was quickly resolved however and the tech that came out (I believe his name was Cody) was great! He refused to leave the property until he was certain the problem was fixed. We would definitely stay again.

Definitely a quiet place to stay. It’s fine if you don’t mind staying 20 minutes from amenities and attractions (depending on traffic). Had to call guest services because we had problems with door locking mechanism which wouldn’t let us in (+or- 45 minutes) before we got in. Also, all the televisions were to small (32 inch) and I didn’t care for the community grill. Had to walk up the street to grill. Last but not least, no known contact person onsite 24/7 for support

The location was close to both downtown Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Pool was great and the quiet nights on the porch made everything worth it.

We went for my sons birthday it was a really nice area and not far from anything the only problem was we had mold in the shower and I saw a dead bug in the picture

This cabin was so nice. I love the set up, and location. We had such a good time! The location was very quiet as well.
