Upon arrival there was poop with swarming flies on the welcome mat, dead spiders & flies all over in the house & huge spiders crawling in the bedrooms. Game room was super fun for kids but also full of bugs. The house is pretty but would not recommend staying here (especially with crawling children) until the bug situation gets figured out.

Nice big house, plenty of sleeping room, great big kitchen and nice large backyard for kids to play. Philip was a wonderful host. I addressed a couple issues with him directly.

The accommodations met our needs perfectly. One suggestion would be to check and spray for bugs or pests prior to guest check in. Lovely home. Keyless entry made coming and going easy for all parties.

Very nice, quiet place that seems on the edge of Boise, but is near everything you would want or need.

We had a fun stay at the farm house! The property is beautiful and the animals were entertaining. The open concept down stairs provided a great space to talk and eat. Thank you for providing a comfortable place to stay!

Came into town for our daughter's wedding. Loved the gameroom, kitchen and living spaces, indoor and outdoor. Would stay here again. I have a few suggestions: two of the bedrooms have no closets, no where to hang up clothes. That's a problem. There is no full length mirror anywhere. Kitchen tools such as cutting board, platters, etc. were limited. Other than that, we loved it!! The property manager was very quick to respond and very friendly!!1

This house met all our needs. There was plenty of room for our large group. The owner was easy to get a hold and responded quickly to our questions.
