host was a bit rude

Hard to find it and the directions given were inaccurate. The main entrance to the building was open and remained open and unattended for the whole of the night. There was no lock on it and the code panel entrance was disabled.

The property itself was ok, apart from the TV not working and the not too comfortable mattress.

Room was clean and adequate enough for couple of nights staying. Location was perfect. Tube station just 2 minutes away.

Bed was really uncomfortable. Room was cold and thermostat couldn't be adjusted. WiFi was not good at all.

Fantastic location, within walking distance to many landmarks. The location can't be beat right next to the park & Ealing Broadway subway station just 0.1 mile distance and anywhere you want to visit for attractions. Breakfast was yummy, Definitely I will comeback again

Location, near shops, tube’s & everything you need. Property was well equipped, really comfy bed. The tea, coffee, toiletries, etc. was a lovely touch.

The parking situation. Even though parking at the property is free its in single file and you get blocked in. Luckily the other guests left their contact number so we were able to get out.

This was the first time I stayed at MIA Residence The location is 10 / 10; Check in experience was 10/10; Room would be 9.5/10; breakfast would be 9/10. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was well heated in the cold winter [ Well done @, . I would say that on a value for money and the place was 10/10. Overall its a recommended place, but don't have too high expectations of an ultra luxury stay but it is luxury. The hotel is very close to 2 different Tube station and very close to central London and Heathrow Airport and wembley stadium

The property was clean and organised and comfortable everything was in order the welcome snacks were lovely completely met expectations and an amazing central location to everything having its own secured parking was a bonus good value for money highly recommended

what I liked about the room was the fact that it was brand new and you could see it, and the view was very nice. also, the fact that the lamp had an usb port was good as well.

unfortunately, everything was a mess. I entered the room and it was cold (12.5), I tried to contact the owner and he only came the day after (I was only staying two days). first of all, if you rent a room you need to start the heating before the guests come, not live them to their own. the hot water at first was not working, then it started working for a minute and then it would stop again. when I first entered, the sheets were dirty (probably wine, I have pictures) and on top of it all, I was on vacation but I had to go into an other room and take the sheets from an other bed and make my bed. this is totally unacceptable, If I’m on vacation and I’m paying for the room, someone else should be in charge of relationship with clients and such. Also, when the owner (or someone else) came the day after, he even joked about the fact that “now the hot water was working and he wasn’t doing any magic” like, first, never talk to a client like that, second, if the hot water is working on and off, it’s normal it works one minute and then it doesn’t. I didn’t want to spend my day waiting for someone to help me with air conditioning or sheets or anything, but this is what I did and it was really stressful. also, when I first entered the room my towels were wet so I had to change those as well. I think the establishment has great potential but it needs to make guests feel at home, and especially it needs to fix issues regarding air conditioning and hot water. it can the newest and best room possible… but if the room is cold and stays that way (it only heated up the day after, and the instructions were only in French) and if the hot water has issues… It defies the purpose of renting a room. they have great potential, I hope they can improve
