Perfect location for a city-stay in Wollongong - easy and short walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars in the area, and right near the shopping centre. Can't get a better location than this!

Bella and the Auburn Hair Lady (sorry didn't get her name) were excellent. second day went down to see Bella and told her my issues, she was more than helpful to move me to the adjourning room with dad 333/332 > and opened the internal doors and had beds moved to make a queen for me . FANTASTIC, both ladies helped my dad find his way back to our rooms as he wandered and was lost a few times they were lovely I very much appreciate that definitely an asset to your business Was a lovely stay would stay again with a couple of adjustments

I initially booked 2 rooms and was upgraded to a disabled room for my 94 yr. old father on the 3rd floor, I was then placed on the 4th floor in a noisy room traffic /party goers etc. didn't sleep at all that night and was unable to work the air cond i was very sleep deprived. Also, dad had soiled his bed and i had moved sheets to have them changed only to find later that night they had just pulled sheets up didn't change them so dad would have had to sleep on them again. not very dignified at all, i used top sheet to cover the bed

Customer service was poor. Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was included in cost but had to still pay for our drinks & any sides that we wanted. When we arrived went to have dinner in the restaurant was shown to a table had to ask for a menu & then nothing else . Ended up leaving as no one ever came to our table after waiting for 15 minutes.

Perfect location in the heart of town. Staff are really friendly. Downstairs bar and restaurant is a great place to have a wine in the afternoon.

The air conditioner in the room was really noisy.

Location was fantastic, staff were delightful and bed was super comfy. Very small space, but thoughtfully designed and a great use of space. The things that mattered (shower water pressure, mattress, nice linen, staff) were excellent.

Bit of a bummer to have to pay for parking. It turns a good-value hotel into the same price as most of the others - and if you're paying the same price as the others, you may as well get a bit more space. air con unit was also super loud. Looks nice and modern, but sounds like it's about to take off. Other reviews I've seen make me think that it's not broken, it's just a noisy model. Windows aren't able to be opened properly, so your choice is be hot, or noisy air con.

Modern with friendly staff

Location is right next to police station with sirens going off all times during the night. You can hear people talking in their rooms across the corridor. Restaurant is over priced also. No cupboards to put clothes in.

Checkin and checkout were fine. Bed was comfortable.

Waited a long time in the evening for someone to take an order for some food. Ended up walking into town.

One of the better beds I have slept in. Location is good. Underground parking was good but not secure.

Very Noisy. The building needs some sound proofing. Garbage trucks at 5.30am caused a huge racket of noise.

No extra blanket so I was cold all night and aircon was way too noisy to have running

Had one great breakfast. The bed was great and so was the location. That's about it.

1. having to evacuate at 11.30pm because of an alarm 2. stayed for 6 nights and my room was only cleaned TWICE. 3. my card was not programmed to use the garage or the laundry, so had to keep going back to the front desk 4. both lifts were not working for at least 24 hours. 5. so incredibly noisy. Could hear people in the hallways all night long. 6. the fridge wasn't plugged in when I checked in, but I didn't notice, so everything went off.

The bed was comfy. There was a smart TV. The location was prime.

They overcooked the egg in my shakshuka. Coffee wasn't included in the complementary breakfast.

The rooms where tidy but very small. The location of the facility worked well for our plans.

Spent money for included breakfast but turns our it's just an item off the Cafe down stairs (save your money cheaper just to walk down to Cafe instead of paying extra) coffee and drinks not included, muck around at dest to prove that we did pay for the breakfast. . Staff polite when we were talking to them but felt ignored most times especially when there's multiple staff walking around not doing anything. . Key for gate to car park didn't work so had to back my car our of a tight gap to get a new one. . Small rooms not worth the price per night
