I researched multiple booking sites, looking for the ideal location for our annual family beach trip and I am so incredibly glad that I found Ocean House. Everything in this gorgeous, well-equipped house is thoughtful and well-planned. Whatever you need is at your finger tips. It’s a spacious, beautifully decorated home, with every single feature and detail being purposeful. The location can’t be beat, walk/bike a few blocks to Flagler shops, dining, and fun. The bright airy kitchen had every tool/gadget imaginable. The roomy upstairs living room and outdoor kitchen/patio/balcony were the go-to lounge areas. The 5 bedrooms comfortably fit each of our families, providing privacy as needed. The beds were comfy white clouds, with the full baths having plenty of space and linens. We never ran out of hot water. The elevator made traversing the stairs easy for my elderly parents. Beach Days were a breeze with the sporting goods store aka the garage had a plethora of beach buggies, chairs, toys, bikes, coolers, shade, and tents. With the beach a block away, the outdoor shower made sand clean-up quick and easy. Marla the host was fantastic. She was extremely responsive, quick and followed-up to make sure all was good. Ocean House and Marla have gained a new loyal fan in myself and my family. If you are hesitant on booking Ocean House, don’t be. Book this luxury gem of a house as soon as you can. The house was a step above the usual with luxury finishes, extremely comfortable beds, and open living space with plenty of cozy seating. I would recommend for any large group. Note that one of the small bedrooms is within a large primary room and has a shared bathroom, but this was not an issue for our group. Marla was extremely responsive. Highly recommended!

Everything is thought about and it was an amazing trip. We couldn’t have asked for more.

This house was amazing, is very clean, the beds are super comfortable. it has everything you need and more, close to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Had anything we could have wanted or needed

We have done a lot of traveling and this was one of our favorite experiences. Property owner was available and very responsive to our needs. The bedrooms and beds were the most comfortable beds ever. It was a nice simple walk to a beautiful beach and ice cream shop for kids. We can’t wait until next year!!!!

We loved our stay at this home. We are a family of 5, including 3 teenage girls, and the house offered plenty of privacy and space for everyone with room to spare. Each bedroom feels like a luxury hotel room, with bathrooms to match. The house is very thoughtfully designed and equipped throughout, and immaculately clean. The main living area was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and excellent for cooking or hanging out. There are several outdoor areas to enjoy, including a lovely fire pit area, but the comfortable front porch was our favorite. The garage is well stocked with bikes, beach chairs and towels. The location is perfect - just across the street from the beach access, a few short blocks walk to Flagler Ave, and easy access to South Beach stores/restaurants and the south causeway. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We truly felt like welcomed guests and cannot wait to come back!
