Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet, kényelmes és tiszta a szoba.

Kifejezetten jó helyen van, ha a Wembley Arénához akarsz közel lenni, de amúgy nagyon kint van a "belvárohoz" képest. 15 fontot elkérni egy hajszárítóért elég kemény azért. 😅

Πολύ ωραίο και καθαρό ξενοδοχείο με άνετα δωμάτια και εμ εκπληκτικές τιμές Μεγάλη έκπληξη που υπάρχει ο Ιάκωβος ο οποίος μιλάει ελληνικά ((είναι από την Κύπρο) Μέχρι και Φραπέ μας έφτιαξε Αν θέλεις κάτι οικονομικό και όμορφο τότε αξίζει να κλεισεις δωμάτιο εδώ. Μεγάλο αβαντάζ ότι μπορείς να αγοράσεις ότι θέλεις στην ρεσεψιόν (έχει από μπύρες μέχρι σοκολάτες) Αρκετές επιλογές πρωινού (διαλέγεις από τρεις οθόνες) Επίσης μέχρι και κάποια ώρα σου ετοιμάζει φαγητό. Για αργά το βράδυ (μέχρι 12) εκεί γύρω έχει ένα Λιβανέζικο εστιατόριο που μπορείς να πάρεις πακέτο και να χρησιμοποιήσεις τα τραπέζια του ξενοδοχείου. Τα παιδιά της υποδοχής ήταν όλα άψογα. Πάντα εκεί για να σε βοηθήσουν Αν ο δρόμος με ξαναβγάλει προς Λονδίνο , τότε το Abbey point θα είναι από τις πρώτες μου επιλογές

Η απόσταση από το κέντρο (Piccadilly, Big Ben, Buckingham κτλ) θες γύρω στα 40 λεπτά αλλά το συνηθίζεις

I would like to take a moment and thank to all the staff, especially the british gentleman working at the front desk. Very kind and knowing how to treat the customers. I do absolutely recommend this place while traveling to London. Lovely clean rooms and delicious meals.

I would like to take another moment to comment on a situation I experienced while staying in London. Since I have moved over to Abbey Point Hotel from another place located in East Ham - SHAKESPEARE INN - ANYONE WHO IS POSSIBLY READING THIS INFORMATION, PLEASE BE AWARE OF A SCAMMER FAMILY OWNING THIS PLACE. Initially, I have booked the Shakespeare Inn to stay for a 3 nights, however I must have left the place due to the incorrect information provided and most of all, the place was extremely dirty and messy. The family post a pictures of a lovely room, which is not accurate and instead giving you same room, BUT in much worse state. Bathroom was very dirty and after complaining to Booking.com, the owner appeared to be a pathological liar. Even though I took and sent a photos of a current state, the owner would refuse everything...Please note Booking.com does not protect customer against scammers and even thought they received a photos as of proof, I was paid back at around ONLY 20GBP instead of 100GBP.

Really clean rooms, very comfortable beds, very affordable hotel. Fridge and microwave in the room was also an added bonus. Staff were very pleasant.

The TV didn't work (scrambled signal) and the hotel still seems to be a work in progress. Location is great for Wembley but not for the city. Hairdryer at reception isn't very convenient and there isn't anywhere for storing clothes. Maybe the reception area could do with a bell for attention.

The room was clean, staff was very friendly, and overall the accommodation matches expectations!

I didn’t like being on the ground floor where the staff quarters were located as there was a lot of loud chatter throughout the morning. Also, while the location is fine and accessible, I didn’t realize quite how far (walking) it is from transportation and local dining. Not the fault of the hotel, but just something to keep mind - to get to anything other than the hotel restaurant will be at least a 20 min walk in any direction.

Easy check-in, arrived at 11am to park and had space. There are only 4 spaces but plenty of other parking if not. Very clean room with good fixtures, new bathroom. Great amenities in the room, fridge, hob, microwave ect. Loved the cafe at reception. Breakfast in the morning was brilliant and just what we needed after Taylor Swift! Staff are great, all working very hard and very friendly. We booked a 4 person room for 160, with breakfast included. Very very cheap for everything, really impressed.

Could do with more parking but know this isn't always an option being in London. Need a handrail on some of the more steep steps up to rooms 110s. Would be good if there was some local information at reception about busses, public transport ect.

The staff were excellent, food was good for the price and the room was exceptionally clean. You can also walk to Wembley stadium in about 30/40 mins depending on your pace. The Lebanese restaurant next door is also incredible.

It was noisy. Not the hotel guests but the road outside was noisy all night with cars and revving engines. Take earplugs.
