Our stay had some positives, like convenient parking and nearby shops and transport, but unfortunately, there were sever
We appreciated having a parking spot right in front of the door, which made things very convenient. Additionally, it was great that both shops and the nearest underground station were within walking distance.
When we arrived at the apartment, there was a lot of trash in front of the door. Inside, several things were not working, such as the kitchen light and the extractor fan. The carpet was stained, and the bed linens were dirty as well. Additionally, the dishes and pots in the cupboard wäre dirty. I don’t have a comparison with other London apartments since it was my first time in the city, but compared to other places I’ve stayed, this was definitely not good.

It was a very good stay as we made do with what we had and had a good time however, it could have done with a bit of ref
The size of the property was very good
No ironing board, heating was very inconsistent, the flooring near the tv was very weak and the kitchen utensils were sub par.

Pobyt w Londynie super, mieszkanie tez całkiem Ok, wszędzie blisko.
Mieszkanie było w miarę czyste i schludne. Na krótki pobyt akurat. Blisko sklepy i metro. Spokojna okolica.
W kuchni było za mało sztućców jak na 6 osób. Talerze były plastikowe, których nie powinno się wkładać do mikrofali. Proponuje też wymienić patelnie bo nie da jej się używać.

Good
Roomy, bright and pleasant.
The carpets were very grubby and let the overall tone down. The apartment itself was very clean apart from the carpets, and overall a pleasant apartment otherwise. No toilet roll in the bathrooms, an oversight by the cleaners it seems.

Nice clean and modern place for a family of 7
This is our 2nd stay and would stay here again. Problems from the 1st stay taken care of. Apartment is very clean and modern. There are several grocery stores near by and a 8 minute walk to Hendon Central train station which is what we took for most of my transportation. Lots of good pizza places close by. Brent Crossing mall also close by via bus or train. Worked well for 2 adults and 5 children. Comfortable beds with nice duvets.
It was clean and modern but could use a window curtain for the back door and the carpets could use a cleaning.

Won’t be coming back!!!
The only thing I liked about our stay was the close proximity to the tube station which was exactly how described.
The accommodation had not been cleaned before our stay. The carpets in the bedrooms were badly stained and dirty, as were the walls. Nearly every door handle was hanging off - one even came fully off in my hand just trying to open the door. The rear doors to the property were unlocked. This is a ground floor apartment so anyone could access it from the outside. When we contacted the host to enquire about the key we were advised there wasn’t one. Not a very pleasant stay at all.

Clean modern 3 bedroom good for family of 7 with close access to subway
Very new, remodeled and modern. Good value for 3 bed, 2 bath. Only 8 min. walk to the Hendon metro Northern line. Most things downtown London are a straight shot on the northern line. Host very quick to respond. Had a lock out situation which he was there within 15 mins at night. Beds very nice with comfortable duvets. 2 nice bathrooms, large family room, well equipped and new kitchen. Worked well for family of 7.
Had a mouse problem which host took care of that night and the next morning. All good now. I would have given the overall rating a 10 if it wasn't for that. But also still scored high because host took care of the issue quickly and completely. Carpets had several stains and patches, typical for a rental but could use a good steam clean. Also would be nice to provide paper towels in kitchen and extra rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms.
