This is my second visit and the operator continue to provide excellent services. The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was well-equipped with basic kitchen utensils... it's so much convenient for a family with 2 kids. Most important, it's just steps away from Lost World of Tambun.

Easy access to Waterpark, good view, clean and tidy.
Need to check out by 11am.
Deposit will be return in 48hours, but they return in 24 hours after i questions them.

The cleaniness and warm lights in the room. Its what we need after a long drive! Kids enjoy their room
Kids room window could probably be tinted so the opposite room couldnt see as we have to close curtains all day long.
It wasnt quiet which isnt the property fault but irresponsible guests who started screaming and making noise, banging doors at 7am in the morning and the lost world of tambun which started music at 8am and ends only midnight

1) Host can negotiate with us.
1) Please put a mirror in both bedrooms.
2)Host can spare more pillows.
3) The number code to enter is to long. It's quite hard to push the handle when to open.

Amazing view from the house. You can see mountains with nature, theme parks and the area around Tambun. You can also go up to the rooftop to see a 360 degree view
No Netflix provided by host. Use of facilities such as swimming pools and gyms with strict conditions. The security guards on duty to monitor the facilities are also not family friendly.

Easy to check in as the host provided a detailed self check in instructions. The room is amazing, spacious, clean and comfortable. The facilities at Sunway Onsen were excellent. one of the highlights for me was the swimming pool and natural onsen hotspring. Also, walking distance to lost world theme park, convenient for those who are coming to the theme park.Overall I had a pleasant stay here and highly recommend this unit.

The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The location is very near to the Tambun water park, just a very short walking distance.
The swimming pool was also very nice

The whole process of checking in a bit confusing but the host provided a very good step to step guidance which helped a lot.

The view of the lost world of tambun from balcony was amazing but it will be more relaxing if with mini table and chair were placed at the balcony.
The bed was comfortable.

Excellent location and very modern apartment
Description of third bedroom having a single bed and 2 futon beds was misleading. Basically you have 3 bedrooms with a total of 3 singles and 1 double, and 2 fold up mattresses for the floor.

Very very clean, spacious and worth the price!! Eatery outlets and grocery stores are 5min drive awak from the apartment. Overall it was a fun and relaxing stay

1) close proximity to Lost World of Tambun - better access than the hotel.
2) Clean apartment.
3) Smart TV that has Netflix and YouTube access
4) Own Private Parking
5) Washing machine to wash your clothes after a long stay and also after coming back from the Resort.
6) size is just nice for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children)
7) Breakfast etc can easily be ‘Grab’bed ..
1) Even staying on the 23rd floor, can hear noise from the resort.
