Vagrants everywhere. Drug deals going on. Not safe. Had to move a heavy table in front of the door to feel safe. Woken up at 630 by very loud music. Woke my granddaughter as well. People banging on my door in the middle of the night

I prepaid for 2 nights but when i got there the guy wouldn't take a credit card for the $20 min security deposit, he wanted $50 cash instead..

decent place , interior isn’t old and is pretty well
updated. Receptionist was very nice. only complaint is the strange looking people that were staying there

It was very affordable but definitely not a 4 or 5 starts hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom too. The furniture itself was old and could use some upgrades. There were some toiletries in the form of small packages. Luckily I bought my own shampoo and stuff. The hotel is kind of run-down outside and could really use a paint job, install new air conditioning units. The door to room had no insulation and I could see light coming thru on the side where the door knob is; well there is no door knob, just the hardware where you swipe the card to open the door. On the inside, there is no extra security latch, you know, the one at the top. Please add more pillows to each bed. It will be more confortable for the guests. Other than that, it was good and quiet. There were no disturbances.

Room was clean and remodeled, but outside was far from what I expected. Dirty walk ways, stairs that needs work, homeless issue. Motel on a very noisy boulevard.

Atmosphere very unsafe, dirty grounds, shopping carts in front of doors, people arguing in the parking lot. Cars jacked on blocks.
Pretty sure this is a homeless hotel.
Desk person nice, room was clean, but we did not feel safe!

When you drive in your first impression is what a dump but the rooms are a totally different thing they were very nice and well kept

It seemed like only 2 or 3 of the units were actually "motel" rooms - like most of the units were monthly low-income housing rentals? The room was clean enough, but a little run down, and I felt a bit uneasy/unsafe. When I got into my room, I locked the door and didn't go out again until morning. Although I checked in before dark, the lobby was locked and I checked in with a person at an outside window, which was unattended in the morning when I left (lobby still locked).

Friendly folks work there. Room was decent size and clean, bed was comfortable. No trashcan in room, no ice bucket and towels were pretty threadbare.

no garbage cans in the rooms, no shampoo, no soap. couldnt even get extra towels or pillows. n the mircowave wouldn’t reach to the plug.

The place was ok..safe parking..the room had a smoke smell but nothing that a fabreeze spray can get rid off..place is safe and manager is friendly and accomodating

This hotel was horrible. The room doors wee banged up, paint chipped. No blanket or top sheet on the beds. Cigarette burns in the bed spreads, non-smoking room and tge room smelled like smoke including tge bedding. Microwave was on a chair plugged in instead of being on the entertainment unit. Not one wastebasket in the room, one complimentary soap that was broken in two pieces. Empty roll of toilet paper upon arrival and no extra in room. Floor was dirty with black stains lije they hadnt mopped in a while.

If your ok with no frills and want to save a lot of money this is a nice place to stay. The staff (owners) are very nice and try to accommodate thier guest. My wife has a hard time with stairs so they switched us from the second floor to the first. The tv in our room would not receive satellite they did all they could to fix it to no avail so he offered a different room. We will stay there again, grandkids live in the area.
