Dirty, smelly, not as advertised, tight parking, booked us in wrong apartment. The worst experience I’ve had entering accommodation.

The room was homely and beds we comfortable and clean. Clean towels and toiletries.

The main thing that spoiled our stay was the shower ran cold and did not even become like warm so myself and 2 teenaged daughters could not even attempt to shower. The room was clean but not down the side of the beds.

No HOT WATER 1st night ( if your boiler isn't working properly just let know your guests what to do ( I have tried to reset but boiler didn't work - so disappointing and unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cleanliness, broken single bed!!!!!!!( Picture below) , Breakfast included???? - to be honest we didn't have any ( at least explanation what we can have)

I liked nothing about this property, we didn’t even stay there, I was appalled at the approach to the property, then realised we had to climb a flight of stairs, couldn’t have done that! We had three big suitcases and two small ones. I would not have trusted the area, leaving the cases in the car, and to be told the space I had earlier in the afternoon, would probably be gone, once all the local residents arrived home after work! So we choose to select a hotel, paying out extra money.

Location was excellent. Room is small but adequate. Bed small but comfy. The apartment was nice and warm. Tube was 5 mins walk and so this was brilliant.

Breakfast was meant to be included but it felt we were in someones personal kitchen stealing food. What we ate on day 1 was NOT replaced for day 2 and there was no fresh juice. In the fridge was someones take away!! It was a most uncomfortable experience. I also booked a LATE check in. I clearly said after 1 am. On arrival (remember we are foreigners...no internet ) we could not access the apartment. My daughter called the number and we were told to go away. It was late and the neighbours may call the police. UNACCEPTABLE!!! The host finally sent the codes to get in....But I was not amused and consequently did NOT sleep well. Something is wrong with the shower as it ran hot/cold and was not consistent. Security info should be sent earlier as NOT EVERYONE HAS 24 HOUR ACCESS TO EMAILS WHEN TRAVELLING. Threatening us with police was unacceptable.
