Great location, very clean and had everything we needed. Super quick to respond to any questions. Within walking distance to market and restaurants and parks. Great view of the Seattle skyline, just across the street.

Nice neighborhood and great location. Our teenagers walked down to the water taxi and took it directly to downtown. Close to the stadiums which was why we were here. Food and grocery stores were nearby. The house is super cozy and we would definitely stay again.

Property is absolutely amazing! Modern, quiet, clean, within walking distance of restaurants and shopping and any other vacation need. Downtown Seattle is a 15 minute drive from this location with easy on off access to all mainline travel lanes. Without a doubt will be visiting this property again. The management company and representative were spectacular. They answered every question promptly and made our stay and enjoyment a priority. You will find this property truly cozy and welcoming. This is a pet friendly location with a secure and fenced yard and our dogs were right at home making this a bonus.

Location was nice and quiet and only 15 min drive to city. Property was nice and had all amenities as listed. We did find a lot of candy wrappers around and behind the beds etc but overall would stay again.

Very spacious, beautiful neighborhood, perfect for large family, Had our 2 adult daughters and 4yr old and 1 yr old. High chair and pack and play provided - very nice.

We were in town for the holidays, visiting family in town and hosting the large dinners. The game room was strong win with the kids (ages 6,14 and 17) keeping them engaged and having fun. The youngest loved the backyard play set up, seating for 10 at the dinner table, great TV room and the bedrooms worked great with the 6 of us that were staying in the home. Ran into a few issues but Customer Support was great. Neighborhood was perfect with a Pirate bar around the corner, coffee shops, grocery, restaurants and more. We had a good holiday.

This house is terrific. Large, with partial open concept. The back yard is private and lovely. The location was just right for our trip.

Great location for our family (3 adults, 4 kids) to stay during Thanksgiving. Close to Admiral/California shops and easy walk to the water taxi.

I’m very disappointed about the property management services I got during my stay. Although we had booked the property for 8 people, we had only handful of towels and when I asked to accommodate our numbers, I got them 2 days later which is almost half way through my stay. Also, the Jacuzzi is not functional and the property manager had ignored my messages to come and check it out. The cherry on the top is when we used the bath tub on the second floor and water leaked to the restroom downstairs. I again reported it but no one showed up to fix. The property manager seems to have a 24/7 customer support texting system but they are just dispatching info and can’t action/help more from their side. So what’s the value for us, the customer, with such system. When I got this highly sought house in Vrbo I was expecting high standard services but unfortunately got so disappointed. The location is great though as advertised and reviewed by customers. I would like Vrbo to follow up w this property owners and share my feedback w them

Loved the location. Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of close locations for eats and water views. The place was comfortable with nice size kitchen, large dinning area, large game room and bedrooms.

We stayed here for a week and it was fantastic. Perfectly situated, really well maintained for the most part. We did have one issue with one of the beds (in the room with the sofa bed) - the slats are bent and do not hold the mattress up. This will hopefully be fixed shortly. Other than that, everything was fantastic! We would absolutely stay here again!

The house is very beautiful, spacious, and overall pretty clean! It was better than what we expected. I loved that the back yard was big enough for our dogs to explore and sniff around. The cleaning could be a bit better, especially with the pillows, but overall pretty good. One other thing that I liked is that there are a lot of food options close by! Just a 6 minute walk away! The neighborhood is amazing! Not a lot of people outside and there are good walking paths, some could get a bit steep though. Me and my family o joyed the house so it was a good experience! 10/10 recommend!

The house and yard was a wonderful retreat for the family while on vacation. The large house provides comfortable spaces to spread out. We had so much fun playing pool and shuffleboard. The location is great …..lovely neighborhood and in walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. The guest room beds could be improved for comfort. The master bedroom was perfect. The house was immaculate when we arrived. We kept saying during our stay how happy we were to have found such a great place to stay.

This house is pretty good and is in a great location. It is big and clean, but could use a few improvements. For one, the beds are all pretty bad. A previous guest mentioned ants in the kitchen and we also saw a few (nothing too crazy). When I got a text asking for feedback from Vacasa, I submitted it and got generic automated, unhelpful responses. I could have sent them a note, but it wasn't worth the bother. All in all, the house is livable and will be great after a few updates.

This house is great in a lot of ways but also was in need of some TLC. The Pros: Location is fantastic, the layout is perfect for a family with spacious bedrooms and really thoughtful common areas. The games and pool table are great for entertaining! The Cons: We booked this place in part as it had a great kitchen and we love to cook - unfortunately though two of the burners on the stove didn't work and one of the ovens wouldn't turn on. The kitchen could also use a deep clean. The fireplace that is advertised has no instructions for turning on and despite asking for information on how to use it we never received any guidance. The heaters are not intuitive either and we spent the first day desperately trying to get some heat to turn on in the living rooms. The communication was not great with the Vacasa contact either so we found ourselves figuring out what we could on our own. This place could be greatly improved with some basic maintenance, an instruction manual for operating the essential appliances, and a deep cleaning.

Everything about this property is a very expensive tease, the pool table is children's size, the master shower is nicely tiled but doesn't pump out hot water, the house has a great layout but is infested with ants, there is a fireplace but it's impossible to figure out how to turn it on (no instructions). Vacasa dropped off ant traps but otherwise did not relay any messages from the owners. We will be seeking compensation or else spreading the word to not use VRBO/ VACASA or whomever hired this out.

Very spacious place for a family to have a good vacation. There were a couple minor issues, like there was no outside garbage can to throw our garbage away when cans got full, beds are uncomfortable, jets in jetted tub did not work.
