Our family came together to celebrate a special birthday. The lake cabin was the perfect spot for us! We definitely made some memories!

Our family of four, including two young children and our dog, had a fantastic time at this waterfront log cabin on Lake Norman. It was the perfect getaway to celebrate the start of summer break. We thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards, which provided endless fun on the lake. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable, with spacious living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen that made meal prep a breeze.
The pet-friendly environment was a huge plus, allowing our dog to be part of the family fun. Overall, the tranquility, beautiful views, and numerous amenities made our stay truly memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and make lasting family memories. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house and location. Has everything you need. I was especially appreciative of the child safety features like the gate at the top of the stairs and different sized kids life vests. Very clean.

Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived the with warmth and hospitality of the home made all feel welcome. The accommodations were immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the plush bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect, offering sublime tranquility. Our host was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. The cabin is such a wonderful retreat. It is a beautiful setting, right on the lake and the layout of the bedrooms offers plenty of space, privacy and quiet. The hosts provided everything we needed and were so responsive. We could spend weeks there and look forward to returning.

This cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated! Well stocked and on a nice quiet cove. We had an amazing week relaxing and fishing from the dock! Caught some massive catfish, and lots of Blue Gill and Shiners. We will definitely be back next spring!

Great place to get away and just relax. We celebrated my brother's 60th, and what a relaxing and fun filled weekend. Cabin was perfect for 2 families and very organized and clean. I can not wait to book this location again.

We met some friends here for the weekend and the space was perfect! The kids loved playing outside and exploring. The rooms were spacious and the hosts were great at communicating.

This was an amazing Cabin, it's like 2 cabins in one. This is a great place for 2 families. There are 2 full kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs with large bedrooms on each level. 7 of us (My wife and I, my daughter and her boyfriend, my teen son, my other son and wife came up from Camp Lejeunne and our dogs) comfortably stayed here for several days. Great views and nice location. The Coffee lodge is a must. We will stay again! The host Dan & Sara were great and messaged us several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we needed anything. If you're looking for a cabin on Lake Norman, look no further than this one.

I can’t express enough how beautiful Dan & Sara’s cabin was! Their property had everything you needed and it was very clean!!! The host was very accommodating towards my concerns and needs so communication is not a problem at all. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin and would rate our experience a 100/10! I accidentally left my phone in the cabin after check out and the host was very understanding and immediately took action to help me retrieve my phone. I would 100% rebook this place again. Thank you Dan & Sara for sharing your lovely home!!

By far the best VRBO experience my family and I have ever had! Dan and Sara have thought of everything, the house was perfect for our vacation. The digital guide was super helpful! Cabin was really well done. Great decorations, comfy beds, great deck, and well stocked kitchen. They even provided cue tips and cotton balls. Nice. Would have been lovely to have a bluer lake at the inlet but all good’

This property completely exceeded our expectations! The hosts were excellent and very easy to contact in addition to their great communication about the property. The property is stocked with any amenities you can possibly need and more. Location of the home was great for quick access to grocery stores and restaurants while still being secluded in a cove. The cove provided easy access to the water, but beware of shallow waters getting your boat to the dock. The middle of the cove was shallow, but no issues with access if you stay close to the other docks and shore. Can’t speak highly enough of this property!

Very nice place and location. Owners were communicative and accommodating. Really appreciated helping us out when locked out of the house. Although clearly communicated, Wi-Fi and cell service is a challenge … but that can be a positive as well. Rented a pontoon for the whole time there. No issues at all docking it at their dock. Thank you for a great experience!

Great house and excellent hosts. SUPER clean and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. You can tell they love the house and go the extra mile to provide high end beds, sheets, towels and soaps. One of the best VRBO rentals I've ever rented. We'll be back next year for sure!

This property was beautiful. It had many places within the rental in which to relax - cozy upstairs, beautiful downstairs, seating/hammock outside, and screened in porch served as seating to a beautiful lake view. The rooms were spacious and the property was very clean. My children and adult family enjoyed it thoroughly.

Super nice cabin that allowed for a fun weekend at the Lake. The Hosts were outstanding, very good communication and quick to respond to answer questions. Location was beautiful and cabin is very clean. Only negative would be limited cell service but Wi-Fi available at the cabin. Would highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

So this is by far one of the most comfortable places we have ever stayed and it was so clean! The kitchen(s) and appliances were all top notch and had everything you need and it and then some. The home was immaculate and spacious. The view from every room was serene. Although the neighbors were close it felt very secluded, in addition to being minutes away from grocery stores and resteraunts. We preferred to stay in as opposed to goin out.

Thanks for sharing your home with us, our family had a terrific time on the lake. Fishing was good and we loved the fire pit. Having two kitchens and a great screened in porch, made the vacation a big hit. Our family hopes to return next year.

A great experience during entire stay. Home is lakeside and we enjoyed fishing from the dock. Home was very clean and beautifully appointed. In a great location for day trips to Charlotte and also the NC Zoo near Asheboro.

We traveled to the area to watch our nephew play baseball at Davidson College. Not only was the house beautiful (the pictures don’t do it justice), but the owners were very responsive, the neighbors were incredibly friendly, and their dogs are just adorable as well! If you’re considering this house don’t hesitate, just book it! You won’t be disappointed!

This stay was amazing it was a birthday for my son who is confined to a wheelchair...the whole top floor was handicap accessible..as most people with disabled loved ones know vacation can sometimes be a little work...well in this house my son was comfortable...and the screened in porch on the upper level was very very well constructed....my son didn't have one bite on him...it was peaceful...the neighbor was wonderful..I must take my family back here...the owners were attentive but not intrusive..they give you your privacy...but if you call them the response is immediate..I stay in ALOT of rentals for work and personal use and this is one of my favorites ..thanks again

We had a great time at this cabin! The lake view is beautiful and so serene. The inside of the cabin is so cozy. Our two labs absolutely loved it as well! Dan and Sara were accessible at all times and they fully stock the cabin. I brought extra things thinking we would need them and we did not! They’ve made a wonderful place to vacation at!

We were very pleased w the place. New furnishings and comfy bed, sheets and nice towels. Plenty of what you need in the kitchen. We were visiting family in the area and this place was perfect for us and our pup. Great screened in porch and lovely patio out back. It was cold when we were there so couldn’t really use them but it was nicely decorated w nice outdoor furniture and a fire pit.
