This was a wonderful house! We had a great vacation and it makes me want to come back to Arizona!

I’m going to start by saying that when I made Lori aware of the abundance of issues with the property the night that we arrived, she offered 2 other properties for us to move to. Unfortunately the location didn’t work for us, it was late at night, we had already unpacked & had to be up extremely early the following morning & did not have time to pack up & move again. The swimming pool was filled with algae & completely green. It remained green with no improvement through the 5 days we were there even though she said someone had been out to address it. There were several bags of trash in the garage, leaking all over the floor that we had to remove. The carpeting on the stairs was filthy. Lori offered to have it cleaned, but we were in & out of the property frequently & declined. There was men’s underwear left in the middle of the floor of the master BR closet. The house was 85° when we got there. It took several hours for it to cool down. The paddles on the air hockey table were all broken & unusable. Lori ordered new ones. Cabinet knobs are missing, cabinet doors won’t close all the way, the glass shower door in the downstairs bathroom was not sitting correctly on the rail. I requested a late checkout since we would have to leave the house by 5:50am. I thought that was the least she could do. She declined, saying that new guests were arriving & the cleaners needed to get in. Except that when I checked VRBO later that day, it showed that the property was available to rent.

Our family of 6 stayed here for 17 days. We enjoyed the pool and putting green and the location was fantastic for all our activities. The home and landscaping could use some TLC. The beds were not very comfortable especially the bunk beds. The kitchen could use more useful utensils and the dishwasher should be replaced. Despite paying for the pool to be heated, we still had to request for the owners to turn the heat on multiple times.

We enjoyed the space, the neighborhood, location and amenities. So happy we added the heated pool, can’t say we would have been able to use it with some days being on the cooler side.

We had a great time at this house! We had several games and brackets on the air hockey table. The pool was heated and fun for all. Nice backyard eating. It was also easy access to all the baseball games and NASCAR! We would use it again! Thank you! The Dotson’s, Sample’s and Howes’s 😎

Came in for golf weekend with friends great stay and location will be back

The house was fantastic for our family during my daughter’s wedding. Lori was responsive and great with everything we needed.
