We stayed with our children and family friends. It was an awesome house! The kids loved it and it was very close to the little water park in the neighborhood. We will definitely consider this again for our next family vacations!

I am rating this house at a zero rating and if there was a below zero I would rate it at below zero. When I waked in to unlock the main door to enter the house the door was left unlocked and open I walk in and the patio doors both open and unlocked. The floors were dirty. We found other peoples blondes everywhere on the second floor. And going into the bedrooms all the mattress protectors in the all of the bedrooms had blood stains and pee on them. We found a sewing needle on the carpet on the second floor. Now going down to the pool the pool was gross and disgusting. The water was green and full of hair and garbage. The jacuzzi never worked for us the water was always cold and if we turned it on to make it warm the jacuzzi would empty out its water. We did have maintenance come and change one of the mattress protectors and also pool services to clean the old water and give some clean pool water and even with that and kept texting the owner for the jacuzzi to get fixed it never got fixed. Basically the house was filthy and our stay and experience wasn’t as great as we wanted to be.

Let me start by saying the aesthetic of the home is beautiful. The location is perfect. It is close to shopping, food, theme parks etc. The game room and pool were a plus. The house is very spacious as well. The reason I am giving a 3-star rating is because the home was not cleaned properly or not cleaned at all. The floors needed to be moped and one of the tubs had dirt in it. The worst was the bed sheets. We pulled the sheets back and saw a big red/brownish stain on one of the master bedrooms upstairs. In the red and blue room, the pillowcase had the same stain. In the other master bedroom, the comforter was filled with stains. I contacted the company and they did not answer immediately. After 4 tries I ended up selecting new reservations and someone answered. Maintenance came while I was away at the theme park and provided new sheets and a comforter. I did not change the sheets because I didn't have gloves, and we did not use that room. The new comforter was placed on the other bed. This is the reason I always travel with my linen because of issues like this. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

This is the first time I've ever done a VRBO, so we were new to the whole process. The house was very spacious, and give the kids room to spread out. The pool wasn't very large, but my kids enjoyed it. Antonio was very responsive to the questions we had. The master bathroom shower was downright awesome. The community pool and workout area were also very nice. We'd definitely stay there again.

We were looking for a staycation close to home to beat the heat. This property checked most of the boxes. The check in process was much different than previous rentals. Uploading your photo ID, credit card and background check was required. There should have been information about this when selecting the rental as it made me a little uncomfortable. I wasn’t sure if it was a scam considering I have never been asked for this from VRBO before. There was additional fees if you wanted to use the bbq or heat the pool. New cleaners are needed as many of the dishes were dirty and the showers were dirty. The community pool does not allow for outside coolers and only has one bartender inside to get drinks. Waited in line for an hour for a drink. Overall the house was as pictured. Be sure to bring your own garbage bags and toilet paper.

Great location, nice property, easy check in and check out.

Beautiful property which more than met our expectations. We will be booking this specific property again.

This property was amazing! Everything was cleanly and as seen in photos. The only thing that was a little bothersome is that you have to bring your own towels.
