The apartment was well kept, clean and had its own parking spot.

It’s definitely not 10 minutes to downtown. I walk fast and it was at least 25-30 minutes to get to the downtown area

the rental was clean and comfortable. It appeared to be newly renovated. It was an easy walk to the city and a parking place was provided

The apartment lacked a few basics. no info about how to use tv no info about nearby restaurants/sites/emergency info, for instance no hairdryer no sink plugs in kitchen or dish pan to wash dishes although a fireplace was listed-there was none nothing to write on or with

The TV does not provide any live programming, no live sports, no live news, no live anything. Owner did not know or did not understand that.

It was nice an clean. Looks just like the pictures was a plus. Location was great was a great place to stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the touch code pin on the door. It took me a few try to figure out cause the pin pad is a little funny.
