Good size apartment, nicely decorated.

The fact that it was FREEZING. There is a large sign that insists you turn the heating off when you leave which is fine but wekept our coats on for the first two hours in the flat waiting for it to heat up. The heating is on a digital platform so it's possible to pop a little bit of heating into the flat for guests arrival - given we gave a check in time. It's also a really long walk into town and buses seem far from frequent. The information pack is sent over WhatsApp, which is fine but it's a 14gb file. I assume the info for the WiFi is in the document. A printed copy in the apartment would be a nice touch. Thankfully we were only staying for one night.

To improve...maybe consider coasters to put hot drinks on oven gloves instructions for oven etc.

Excelent apartment

It needs mirrors, big ones. "Abajours" in the sitting room would be great too. The location is difficult for public transport, however ,"Dracula Tax"i is the only company that will save you anytime. They saved me to catch my early train.

Beautiful inside , comfy beds , well equipped kitchen , hot shower . On-site parking . Pictures don’t do it justice. Great communication from owners .

Bedrooms could do with curtains or black out blinds as extremely bright from early on .

Lovely modern apartment with parking and easy access to the surrounding area. Really spacious and clean. There was milk in the fridge and all the general condiments you could need!

A full length mirror would have been handy, and a mirror in the main bedroom, too - we were going to a wedding so it would have been useful! Curtains as well as blinds in the bedroom would be good too, especially in the summer.
