Położenie, basen.

W obiekcie było nieposprzątane. W jednym pokoju była brudna przepocona pościel po poprzednich gościach, dywaniki w łazienkach brudne, niewyprane, wszędzie kurz, pod łożkami bardzo brudno. W kuchni podrapane teflonowe garnki i patelnie, podłogi nieposprzątane. Brakuje mebli w pokojach, w sypialniach małe szafy z pourywanymi uchwytami. Willa choć nowa, zupełnie niedoinwestowana, z mnóstwem mankamentów. Wlaściciel nie dostarczył ręczników (było po jednym na parę) i zrobił to dopiero po dwóch dniach. W połowie pobytu willa - po interwencji - została posprzątana do akceptowalnego poziomu. Minusem jest rownież brak klimatyzacji na dole i w pokoju na dole, przez co spanie tam jest niekomfortowe.

Piscine jamais nettoyée en 9 jours, vasque salle de bain bouchée, poêle et casseroles rayées, pas de quoi nettoyer la maison (serpillère, balai, aucun produit nettoyage)

La gentillesse de la dame qui nous a accueilli, la maison est très jolie bien équipé et il y a la climatisation c'est super ça!! Villa sous alarme donc niveau sécurité super aussi, lave vaisselle et tout rien n'a redire.

Le seul bémol pour moi était la propreté un peu légère mais rien de grave en soit vraiment.

We really enjoyed the outside area and the pool. But unfortunately that was the only thing that we liked. Villa is big and with a good potential, but it needs some deep cleaning!

There was no AC in the first floor, only a fan that was pretty dirty. There was a bad smell in the kitchen. The bedroom in the first floor was also with a bad smoke smell (so we didnt use it at all). We told the host that we will check in at 16:00-17:00. We arrived at 16:30. The host also arrived the same time. He showed us the villa and we mentioned that it was very dirty and no cleaning was made after last guests. The host started to clean the villa and then his whole family came to help him. We waited ~1.5-2 hours to get inside. We were there with a baby and were tired. Even after all cleaning there was still soo many dirty things/places. Will add some photos of them. For us cleaniness is very important, and unfortunately this is not acceptable.

The villa is clean, modern and well maintained. The bedrooms are comfy, and well sized. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are clean. The lounge area has a large TV and a PlayStation The Villa has WI-FI and a security system.

Nothing - loved everything

We had a wonderful stay at this newly built modern property in a very nice area. The property has 3 lovely airconditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the 1 bathroom is ensuite) on the upper level and on the lower level is the 4th bedroom with a bathroom and the living and dinning area that opens onto a very clean good size pool. We spent a lot time around the pool during the day. There is also a lovely rooftop terrace that we used for early morning coffees and late afternoon sundowners. The property is approximately 500 meters walk to Trou Aux Biches main beach and it is a short walk from the beach to Chez Popo shop. We did some great snorkeling to the left of Trou Aux Biches main beach in the early morning (before the boats get going) and we were fortunate enough to swim with a large turtle on the one early morning snorkel. The property is also in very easy walking distance to the bus stop, a number of restaurants, the 7/10 shop and Kristen's Ice Cream shop that you pass when walking down to the beach. We also found a nice bakery very close to the villa that opens very early in the morning that has freshly baked baguettes and pastries. Trou Aux Biches is definitely one of the best areas to holiday in Mauritius and the excellent daily rate for the quality of accommodation provided makes this property an excellent choice. The property is newly listed on booking.com and I have no doubt it will become very popular at the current rates. The communication with Kunal before arriving was excellent and he met us at the property and explained everything to us regarding the property and gave us good recommendations regarding shops and restaurants nearby. Kunal is a wonderful caring and kind host. Thank you so much Kunal for the wonderful stay.

We had to go back home

Located in a quiet area. Very clean and modern vibes. Clean pool.

Kitchen needed some oven friendly utensils and wiping rags/towels.
