Very little. The instructions to pick up the keys were at best confusing. The unit was on the main road, not something that was mentioned anywhere
As I said before, the instructions, which included some 10 pages to collect the keys and park the car, were, at best, confusing. The unit itself had well-worn furniture and the beds desperately needed replacement. The outdoor area was neglected and in need of some TLC.

Apartment very close to the train station, just cross the main road on foot and you're there. Very nice kitchen and living room.

The book in process and bond etc was far too convoluted. The staff were very helpful on the phone but it was not an easy check in.

Location is fantastic - driving to attractions is very easy and you can walk to shops and restaurants.
Well-equipped kitchen and a really nice open plan layout.
The couch and beds aren't super comfortable - but fine for a short stay. Not a big deal.

Nice modern apartment. Very good location close to Manuka centre with its wide range of restaurants. Very clean.
Towels were small, poor quality, coarse. This was a shame as it let down a very good apartment.

The location to our relatives was perfect. Public transport a few minutes away.
The bed protectors could be replaced with more comfortable ones.
The cooling in the bedrooms could be upgraded. It was very warm and stuffy during the nights. No air circulation. Would help to have some fly screens to promote air circulation.

It was a newly built apartment, everything was new and clean, and it was a comfortable space with a modern atmosphere. The beds were super comfortable so we had good sleep. Among the hotels I've been to, this accommodation has the best kitchen stuffs and dishwashing supplies. The stuffs had provided for costumer in here was very organised and thoughtful. It was a better place than a five-star hotel!
