Jeanne’s property is ideally located right near Main Street and the Town Lift. To get to the slopes/Town Lift, you do have to climb quite a few stairs — left us feeling pretty short of breath because we’re not used to altitude. The condo itself is great! No complaints at all! Jeanne is a wonderful host and reached out to us several times during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. Highly recommend!

Loved this place! Fam of 4 adults to ski & attend Sundance. Jeanne's place is perfect loca both. On pretty St. directly above Main St. (access by 2 flights wide wood stairs) (150 steps great workout). Makes super easy to walk to dinners, Egyptian theater, stores w/o driving. To ski you walk up another flight (or drv around blck & get dropped off) to ski down to lift. So we didn't need car much for ski or main st. Jeanne is a S.Host with great communication. She dropped off a Res ParkgPass- critical during SDFF for driving to grocery or other theaters w/o traffic stops. She also kindly offered to help us get some needed theater tix for my son's film. And mailed me my computer charger I forgot & didn't want any money. Place has nice Mster w/ comfy King on bottom floor of condo. Nice Mster bathroom (2 sinks) and soaker type tub. There is a wonderful HotTub on the deck off Master overlooking downtown, but super private w trees. We used every day. Middle floor has 2 bdrooms with a shared hall bath (queen bed & 2 singles.) W&D in hall closet. This floor also has a huge family room with large TV and comfy Sectional and Lazy-B chair (we fought over). (Seating for 6-8 easy.) Big windows with views of PC. My adult sons liked having their own floor. Lots of closets/storage in entire Enter on top fl w/large kitchen (well stocked) (we cooked 3 dinners) & mudroom/closet area w/ 1/2 bath. Large driveway big enough for 2 cars (no garage -but driveway is heated).

With all the snow this was one of the few properties that had very manageable driveway. Place is so close to Main Street and we were able to get a parking reservation so easy to come and go to the mountain.

A comfortable house in a very convenient location to slopes and Main Street. Stair access right next to the house that brings you down to Main Street or up to the slopes to get to town lift. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. She also had a lot of stocked items for our use if needed (personal & kitchen items). Would stay again if we visit PC again.

Great location. Place needs a little TLC but owner was fantastic and helped with any issues or questions we had. We did have a small issue with the hot tub and it was fixed that same day.

The home was clean and in good condition. Everything we needed from the kitchen essentials to the firewood were all there. The hot tub was great after skiing. The catwalk to Quit n Time was one flight of stairs up and a short walk. Main St was a short walk down the stairs. The house could not be better located. The owner met us at the property for check in, and she was ready to give us suggestions for things to do in town. She also responded quickly to one question by text while we were there. Everything about the stay was fantastic.
