This house was just what we wanted with enough space to get together, as well as privacy in the rooms. The only issue was I had to call for more toilet paper on the first day. This seemed to me mentioned in the guest book on property a few other times as well.

Our overall stay was great! We have been going to Grand Lake for over 30 years. It is a great location and had enough room for all the family! I was disappointed that the pictures show a Blackstone, Green Egg and additional freezer but was not there at the house for us to use. Would suggest updating photos to reflect the items that are there for the guest to use. Another recommendation is change cleaning companies. There was a thick layer of dust in the living room on the roof top above the half bath as well as on the ceiling fan and ceiling. We found previous guest trash under and in furniture. If those few items could be improved, I would highly recommend this property!

Photos were accurate. Very much appreciated early check in for surprise bday party. Loved the Blackstone grill! Beds were ok, bunk beds would be better for kids than adults. Some cleanliness issues: was supposed to be pet free, but there was dog poo on the deck. Fridge shelves not cleaned well, crumbs on counters when we arrived. Dusty blinds. Bathrooms and bedrooms were pretty clean otherwise. Comfy couch and chairs, big dining table helpful. Comfortable benches on the deck. Balcony backs to busy road but we enjoyed it. Lots of fishing 5-10 minutes away. Probably need better beds for so many adults.

We had 2 families with children stay and it was a great setup for that. Kitchen could use a few more basics like a good fry pan, but the Blackstone was great for cooking big dinners on. Overall loved the stay and would book again!

House was in a nice location near the lake. Beautiful home. Had lots of stairs which made it a little more complicated for my 86 year old father as we were told there was a room on main level and there are 2 rooms up and 2 down off main living room area. House was very nice and well stocked. Only thing we would recommend is getting better toilet paper and dusting better. Would recommend staying at this house and we would stay again if back in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay at this great house. It is set up perfectly for multiple families to enjoy time together, yet have their own spaces. The queen-over-queen bunks allow smaller children to stay with their parents, and all get a good nights rest. As a family of hunters, we appreciated the numerous wildlife mounts that are displayed in the great room. We did get a midnight visit by a trash seeking bear, the one animal we had yet to meet on any of our trips. Jim, the owner, was very friendly and accessible for the questions i had during our stay. We would highly recommend!

Great stay! Location was perfect, close to Grand Lake and not too far from Granby. Home was clean and had plenty of amenities. It fit our large family perfectly! Lots of wonderful outdoor activities nearby. I would definitely recommend.
