Great house and location for 4 adults & 2 kids. Plenty of space inside and outside (decks). Quick walk to the beach and plenty of beach items (chairs, towels, toys).

We loved the location of this house. The bedrooms were nicely sized and had bathrooms (one shared). Nice views from the deck and top bedroom. The main floor bathroom pipes squeal sometimes when water is used in other parts of the house. Other than that the location was quiet and restful.

Family getaway to celebrate my grandchildren’s 3rd birthday. The location was great a quick walk down to the beach and town. We parked on the street and utilize the gated area so that they could play with their striders. Everyone enjoyed this adventure and can’t wait to visit again

House is super well organized and stocked. Things are a little dated but everything work and so clean.

Beautiful home great location close to so many attractions.

We left for SD with high expectations and a few qualms. Our expectations were met, the home was just as pictured on VRBO. The location ideal, super clean, well maintained, and awesome views of the Pacific. Our qualm was the lack of AC. Since we are from South TX, AC is a must in every home but, in SD the October ocean breeze circulating through the open doors & windows made everything comfortable. The driveway to the house was tight, between a block wall and an adjacent home. We had a minivan & small jeep so it was manageable but if you have or rent a larger SUV, be sure the width is adequate. Once in we appreciated the gate and room to park either in the garage or carport areas. When in the San Diego area, we would not hesitate to stay in this remarkable home again. We loved the proximity to the beach and entertainment area and it was fully stocked with what we needed to have a great time! Well done.

Location was awesome. The house was really great. The little ones called it a mansion. All we had to bring in we’re groceries, since everything else was there. Great place!

Grandpa, his honey, daughter and wife along with grandkids 18 and 13 enjoyed a four nite stay. We loved the access to the beach!!! We brought in meals from local ethnic restaurants only minutes away which were excellent. The house fit us and our style perfectly.

I feel this home is too small for 9 people. If the weather was nicer the decks would have taken care of some of the problem. A few update are required. Beds way too soft and broken microwave. View is great. Path to beach needs manicured. It was nice that beach necessities were provided

The Pacific Shores house was a perfect fit for our family of 7 (parents, grandparents, children). Surf Style made for easy checkin, and no long list of checkout instructions (loved that!!). The outdoor ocean view decks were amazing & where we spend most our time. The area was quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighbors. And the interior was well-kept and comfortable. We would be comfortable staying in any one of Surf Style's homes again.

We stayed here at the end of June 2023 and enjoyed our time there. We are a family of 7 and liked the multi-level layout of the property so we could spend time together but get privacy when needed. The house is a 5 minute walk from the back to feet in the ocean! It is well stocked with kitchen and grill ready to go to make food. We found ample towels and beach items including boogie boards, sand tools for castles. There is an outdoor shower to rinse before coming insider. Overall, I would recommend this to friends and would stay here again.

We were very happy with the property. It was about 10 or 15 minute drive from everything we wanted to go see, and there were lots of dining, shopping and grocery options within walking distance of the home. We had a party of six, and each person was able to have a bit of their own space while there. The kitchen was supplied and tables easily accommodated us all. Would stay here again

The house was wonderful. Comfortably furnished and we'll equipped. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is peaceful . Great beach with stair access at the end of the street, and a preferred lovely trail off the back of the house . Shops, restaurants, and grocery are all walkable.

Loring Villa was a perfect house and location for our recent family stay. We were a family of 5 and with 4 bedrooms we all had more than enough space to be together and spread out to our rooms. Location is wonderful; about 100 yds down a beautiful path to the beach. Great location on North Pacific Beach; very residential area so you have peace and quiet but also restaurants, bars, etc. within walking distance. La Jolla and all its attractions just a few minutes away, too. House was very clean, has everything you need and is very comfortable. We didn't cook much but kitchen was well-equipped. Was perfect location to do long walks on the beach every morning, grab fresh fish tacos for lunch at Oscars or sushi at Sushi Ota, explore greater San Diego or hang out on the beach in the afternoons and then watch the spectacular sunsets each night from the house or beach. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect for family vacation - nice surf beach easy walk down path from house. Outdoor shower and drying rack for wetsuits was a bonus!

Every review I found if this property before our visit gave 5 stars. The pictures looked lovely. But when we arrived we were disappointed. The pictures were taken from the exact right angle to make the house look nicer and more updated than it was. And we were greeted by an old house smell. Luckily, the walk to the beach is just as pictured and that part was amazing. Also, the house was very clean which made the dated aspects bearable. Unfortunately, the beds were so uncomfortable we dreaded going to bed, slept horribly, and left sore. Not ideal for a relaxing getaway.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. We walked to the beach daily, cooked, and walked to nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

I couldn't say enough wonderful things about the home, location, and host. We were beside ourselves after a disaster with another Airbnb property left us stranded with no place to stay. Thankfully, 710 vacation came to the rescue! They had their home ready for us in a matter of hours! Their communication was spectacular. We had an minor issue with the heater and they responded in minutes and before we knew it a technician was out to fix the problem immediately! They were very thorough and attentive. The home itself is a dream. Multiple balconies over looking Pacific Beach. The sunsets were breathtaking. There is a little private entrance to the beach that looked like a secret garden, very magical! The neighborhood felt very safe and well situated to exploring the greater SD area. Highly recommend! We wish we were still there!

The location is perfect! Enough space to spread out a party of 8 without feeling cramped. Amazing view of the Pacific!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we could have needed. We enjoyed going to the beach as well as spending time on the decks enjoying the view.
